Hello and welcome to this meditation where we will balance the heart and the mind into infinity.
So we're just going to get started by grounding ourselves first.
So when you're ready,
You can get into a comfortable.
Meditation position.
And then just allow the eyes to soften and close.
And you can start to.
.
.
Soften the body.
And just meditate on.
The breath.
And.
The sensation of the breath moving.
And the body.
Just taking a moment to notice.
How the breath is.
Moving within you.
You can feel as your belly starts to expand.
As you breathe in.
And as you exhale,
The belly comes back into the body.
Inhaling into the belly.
Feeling the ribcage expand,
Feeling the chest lift.
And as you exhale,
The chest falls,
The ribcage goes in,
And the belly goes in.
Just feeling the breath moving throughout your body.
Noticing the quality of the breath.
And from here we can start to ground ourselves into our body and into the earth.
And so you can start to imagine that the bottom half of your body is turning into a great big tree trunk.
And the roots of your tree are reaching down deeply into the earth.
And once you feel like your roots are spread deep enough,
And wide enough into the earth.
As you breathe in,
You breathe in energy from the earth.
And that comes up through the roots and rises up into your body.
Breathing in the earth.
And exhale the earth.
And keep pulling that breath in from the earth and the breath rises up the front side of the body and it comes back down.
And again,
That breath,
You breathe in the earth,
And this time that breath follows up the back of the spine,
Reaching up into the crown of the head,
Projecting into the cosmos.
And as you exhale,
You pull down the cosmic light from the crown of the head to the third eye,
Washing the whole front side of your body.
And when that breath reaches the earth again,
We breathe in from the earth,
Rising up into the cosmos.
And as you exhale,
That universal light comes washing down in front of your body.
Connecting with the heavens and the earth here.
With this breath meditation.
And just imagining.
This beautiful energy of the earth and our universal light moving through your energy field.
And it's like you're creating a little bit of a cosmic egg around you.
This is an energy channel.
That moves.
Throughout our body and sometimes when we work to harmonize this energy it can help us.
Regulate and really just harmonize all of the energy cells and centers in our body.
And so just meditating on a clear pathway of this energy field that's moving from up the backside of the body and down the front side.
And taking one more deep breath in,
Breathing in the earth.
And exhale.
A cosmic light comes down and meets you right at the center of your heart.
Right where the perfect space where heaven and earth meet,
Right at the center of your heart,
The reason you are here.
And let's just bring the palms into heart center and let's just begin to rub the palms briskly.
And just keep rubbing the palms together.
Just feeling the energy in between your palms.
Rub a little bit more briskly.
And bring the hands into heart center.
Feeling the energy.
Vibrating in between your palms.
And just take a moment to connect to the heart.
And see maybe.
What your intention is or your practice for this day.
Maybe it's just a prayer or an offering.
Just see what message is coming through for the heart.
And then just taking a last moment of gratitude to thank yourself.
For showing up for this beautiful practice.
Then from here,
We'll move into our breath meditation.
So we're going to move the hands.
Just over the heart.
And we're going to Make sure that the fingers are pointed up.
And the palms just rest over the chest.
And we're going to meditate on the breath.
So as you breathe in through the nose.
And out through the nose.
You'll start to notice that you maybe hear a sound.
Even though you're breathing internally and in and out through the nose,
You hear a little sound in the breath.
And so maybe as you inhale,
You may be here at the mantra so.
And on the exhale.
Through the nose,
You hear.
The vibration of the mantra HUNG.
As you inhale,
You hear so.
Exhale,
You hear Hong.
And so we'll keep reciting this mantra.
With each inhale,
We mentally recite so.
And on the exhale,
We mentally recite hum.
And as you mentally recite it,
You can start to hear the vibration of the breath creating.
This sound of SO HUNG.
Soheung translates to I am that.
But my translation is a little bit different.
Because when I first was learning this mantra,
I said,
Well,
What is that?
And to me,
That is infinity.
So this mantra translating to I am infinity.
I am a limitless being.
I am a master creator of my life.
I am infinity.
Mantra helps us connect to our undying nature.
To our sustaining and enduring spirit.
So feeling the connection of the palms on the chest.
Feeling this rhythm of the soul.
And the hang.
And you can start to feel this wave of the breath.
Is like the whole universe moving within you.
Like a wave of prana.
Of universal energy just moving through you as you breathe.
Everything comes from sound.
Even the breath.
Originates from sound.
And the sound is so hung.
So everything is born from this sound.
And it's through the connection of your breath here in this moment.
Where you breathe the breath of life.
Continuing this breathing pattern of inhaling so.
Exhaling,
Hong.
And life is very rhythmic.
When things are in harmony and balance.
And so your breath is also becoming very rhythmic.
And your breath is a very beautiful.
Meditator And.
Enhancer of your life.
Keep breathing this breath of life.
Feeling the beauty of your own life force.
In your breath and Feel it reaching every cell of your body.
I had a teacher once tell me that There are two ways to do this.
Develop,
The universal consciousness.
And one way is through hardship and through.
.
.
Hard times,
And the other is through meditation.
Through mantra meditation.
Through breath meditation.
And so it's here in this moment now where you start to connects to that rhythm of the breath and you connect to your universal consciousness.
And this breath will carry you.
Here,
In this moment now,
And beyond.
The mat.
Beyond your meditation.
Let's take one more deep breath in.
And exhale.
And we'll leave the left hand placed over the heart and bring the right hand up into the third eye point.
Connecting to the mind.
Maybe you feel an immediate connection from the heart and up into the mind.
Maybe you start to imagine that there's a universal thread running from the heart up into the mind.
And placing that vision that's within your own heart.
Right here in your heart,
Bringing it to your mind's eye.
Connecting to the vision that's within your heart.
And sending that vision that's in your heart up into your mind.
Telling your mind that it's okay,
It's safe to listen to the heart.
And just noticing that it is through the understanding of the heart.
Where the mind can then realize the concept of the infinity that is within us.
So the heart is infinite in nature.
And now the mind.
Has to become coherent with the heart.
Recognizing that you are infinity.
And then from here,
We'll move that left hand into.
The space that's two inches below the belly button,
The navel point.
And just taking a deep breath in.
Connecting the navel point energy and sending it all the way up into the mind.
The third eye point,
The pituitary gland.
Connecting with your intuitive nature.
And again,
Feeling that thread of energy rushing from the navel point all the way up into that third eye point.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Lowering the hands then bringing them into the heart center.
And just taking a moment to collect your own light,
Your own energy.
Thank yourself for showing up.
For meeting your mind,
Your body,
And your heart all in one practice.
And just bowing to the vision in your heart one last time.
And so there you come back.
Into the awareness of the room around you,
Opening your eyes.
Thank you so much for joining me for this meditation.
