This meditation is from my online course: Become Your Own Best Friend. We can be harsh with ourselves during meditation when we realize our mind has drifted. This meditation reminds us of the importance of being kind to ourselves and our attention as it naturally drifts and returns during meditation practice. Returning to our breath with compassion and gentleness offers us a way to joyfully welcome ourselves back home whenever we've noticed that our attention has wandered during meditation.
