Trust

As you work with the law of attraction to create more money, trusting the Divine is imperative. This guided meditation guides you into a deeper trust of the Divine (God, Goddess, Nature, Universe) as well as the process of creation.

Transcript

As we begin our time together,

Close your eyes and begin taking deep,

Slow breaths all the way down into your belly.

Feel your belly rising and falling with each breath.

As you breathe in,

Bring yourself deeper and deeper into your inner world.

And as you release your breath,

Allow yourself to let go of anything that keeps you from being focused in your inner world.

There is nothing more important right now than to be here in this present moment.

Anything that has happened already today or anything that you're planning for later can wait.

And you can choose to pick it back up at the end if you want.

This time is just for you.

Feel the magic of your body,

The magic of taking these deep breaths and feeling your whole system release and relax.

As you continue these long,

Slow breaths,

Begin to see yourself walking under a canopy of trees on a beautiful sunlit path that winds along the banks of a gently flowing river.

Light plays through the leaves of the canopy high overhead.

And you know immediately that in this place you are safe and alone.

Hear the sounds of the dancing water,

The soft rustling of the leaves.

Feel the earth beneath your feet.

See all the vibrant colors around you.

Smell the scent of life all around you.

The rich,

Earthy soil.

The clear,

Fresh air.

The lightly humid air rising over the water.

And for just a moment,

Simply let yourself revel in this demonstration of Mother Earth's abundance.

And you continue to walk along this path,

Enjoying the changing views of the water and the surrounding forest.

Looking up ahead,

You see a place that is inviting you to sit.

Looking up to this place,

You make yourself comfortable and find yourself completely supported.

Closing your eyes in this safe,

Sacred place,

You become even more aware of the sounds and the smells around you.

You feel the shifting of the light across your islands.

Breathing in,

You bring your awareness to your feet.

You feel the connection between your feet and Mother Earth.

In this sacred place,

You feel the soles of your feet opening and feel the flow of the powerful yet very loving energy of Mother Earth rising through your body.

Perhaps you see that energy as a color,

Or perhaps it's simply a feeling.

However it shows up for you,

Allow yourself to be bathed in the loving energy of Mother Earth.

With the energy of Mother Earth amplifying your senses,

Feel the connection you have to all the living elements around you.

You are simply another physical form,

As beautiful and abundant and alive as everything that surrounds you.

Allow her energy to settle within your body.

Imagine that it is diving deep within all the layers of tissues and cells of your body.

Now gently bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Feel it opening and noticing the presence of the divine immediately beginning to flow down through your head and into your body.

See and feel the light of the divine filling you from the inside out.

The more the light of the divine fills you,

The more you can feel the same energy surrounding you in this beautiful sacred place.

You feel a connection to the magic and the mystery of the fabric of the world around you,

The flow of the divine and how each creation of Mother Earth is filled with these divine energies.

It's almost as if you can feel the literal rhythm,

The vibration of these creations.

The more familiar you become with this rhythm,

You notice that you can start to feel the same rhythm within you.

You are of the divine.

You are simply another form of creation of the energy of the divine and the physicality of Mother Earth.

Become aware of where you feel this rhythm within your own body,

Where you feel that deep connection to the energy of the divine and Mother Earth.

This is your own divine center,

A physical demonstration that you are an integral part of the fabric of the divine.

No separation,

You are simply one with all that is.

Just take some time to bask in this place of absolute knowing and connection and understanding.

Allow yourself to bring to mind a goal you are working towards bringing out to the world.

You can see a representation of this goal,

An image,

A symbol,

Something that physically demonstrates your goal or your desire.

As you look at this image,

You can see a silvery gossamer thread attached to one end.

As you follow this thread,

You watch it wind through your body and you can see that it originates in the center of your connection with the Divine.

Your authentic desires and wants and goals all originate from here,

From your soul.

Your specific incarnated part of the Divine.

This is your work in this world.

These are your gifts to bring to the world.

And as you are one with the Divine,

The Divine supports you in all ways to bring this to fruition.

And from this knowing place,

Feel yourself stating your goal or your desire,

Your intention,

Even more fully,

With more clarity,

More certainty than before.

As you fully embody this intention,

You feel the energy of the sacred place around you shifting.

It can feel almost like building blocks or puzzle pieces.

They feel as if they are coalescing around you in just the perfect way to bring your desire,

Your goal,

Your intention into form.

Feel the Divine creating the connections,

The experiences,

The people,

The circumstances that will bring your desire,

Your goal,

Into being.

Feel the magic and the power of the universe that has been set into motion simply by stepping more fully into your intention of it coming into being.

Simply scan your emotions and your mind for any seed of doubt or distrust of this process.

Each time you find a seed,

The energy of the Divine surrounds it,

Lifts it from your body,

And deposits it into the gently flowing river in front of you.

The seed is carried away so that it can be transmuted by Mother Earth and returned to the Divine.

Feel the power of trust building more strongly within you.

You immediately notice that the stronger your trust,

The more clarity you hold within you,

The more the energy shifts around you.

You can fully embrace your trust of this process as you are literally feeling it and experiencing it inside and out.

Dive deeply into the knowing that all is happening just as it should.

You are safe,

Supported,

And nurtured.

Your goals and desires are heard,

And they are supported and nurtured.

You are free now to release the hows and the whens.

They really were never your work.

You can release any attachment you have to the specific form of your goal or desire.

Just as there are thousands of different flowers,

The specific form of your desire can manifest in thousands of ways that will all bring you joy.

Begin to trust the universe.

Your only work is deepening this trust,

Nurturing this connection,

Claiming your intention.

Feast in this knowing,

This deep understanding,

This demonstration of the inner workings of the universe,

All the ways that the Divine and Mother Earth are conspiring to bring your desires to life.

Feel trust at a brand new level.

If you find any stray thoughts or feelings coming up that don't match this new trust,

Again,

Allow the Divine to surround them,

Lift them from your body,

And release them to the river.

They are transmuted and returned to the Divine.

And then dive deeply back into your connection with the Divine.

And continue feasting and basking in the support and love from the universe.

Achieve.

Open yourself to hear the whisperings of divine inspiration.

These whisperings giving you divine actions either now or later in time.

They are there for you in exact right timing.

Taking a deep breath in,

Allow all you have experienced from seeing the inner workings of the universe,

How you are woven into that fabric and that deep trust.

Allow it to anchor deeply within every cell of your body.

Then gently bring your attention back to the scenery around you.

The flowing river,

The sunlight,

The colors.

And allow the extreme appreciation you have for the divine and for Mother Earth for bringing you here and showing you all their power to flow out through your heart.

Knowing that you can access these feelings and truths or simply return here to experience them again whenever you would like.

Allow the soles of your feet and the crown of your head to gently return to the degree of openness that are just perfect for you as you prepare to return to the outside world.

Allow the images to begin to fade.

Take a deep breath in and return your awareness to your body.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Ready to live from this new place of truth and trust.

Thank you so much Jennifer. This is one of the most powerful and magical meditations I've done in a long time. I live in Australia and during this meditation I had a vision of myself sitting under a large eucalyptus tree holding a koala, kangaroo Joey, an owl, bat baby and even a large snake wrapped gently around my waist with a kookaburra flying above my head.
