There Is Enough

So often when we try to create using the law of attraction, we accidentally work from a place of lack. When we work from a state of knowing and expectancy, we experience incredible flow. This meditation guides you into a state of knowing and expectancy.

Transcript

Welcome.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

Allow your breath to lengthen.

Breathing deeply into your abdomen,

Feeling your belly rise and fall with each breath.

Allow your breath to come slowly and evenly as you find a pace that feels good to your body.

There is nothing else you need to do right now other than attend to your breath and my voice.

If at any time during this meditation you find your mind filling with other thoughts,

Allow yourself to be aware of them without any judgment and then let them slip away just as if you are watching leaves floating down a stream.

And then when you can,

Bring your focus back to my voice.

On your next in-breath,

Bring your attention to your body.

Allow your breathing to slow as you breathe in for a count of three and then out for a count of six.

Knowing your breathing even more,

Breathe in for a count of four and out for a count of eight.

And then just allow your breath to return to a rate and rhythm that is comfortable for your body in this moment.

Notice the weight of your arms and legs as you relax into the meditation.

With each breath,

They become more and more heavy.

You are safe.

You can completely let go.

Completely shift your attention so that you are focusing at the very base of your spine,

The beginning area of your first chakra.

This is the core of the space within your body that manages your sense of safety and trust.

Feel a cord beginning to slowly form at the base of your spine and it begins to grow downward into the earth.

It passes down through all the layers of the building that you are in,

Into and through the top layer of Mother Earth,

And then down and down and down.

The end of the cord begins to grow roots and it firmly embeds itself in a safe place deep within the earth.

Feel the firmness and the security of this connection.

See you hear an invitation from this cord which asks you to draw your awareness all the way down into the place where the cord planted.

As you become aware of this place,

You see that you are in a wide open space and it's filled with tropical plants,

Flowers,

Warmth and beauty.

You feel how safe this place is.

You take a moment and begin to look around.

You see the vibrant colors.

Hear the sounds and absorb the smells of this place.

Notice how the air feels against your cheeks.

See the variety of textures.

As you become familiar with this place,

You turn your attention to where your cord has embedded in the earth.

You can sense the flow of energy from this safe place deep within Mother Earth,

Flowing up the cord and flowing up to your physical body.

This flow was effortless,

Automatic,

Ceaseless.

No matter where you are in the world,

You are always anchored here.

As you take a closer look at where your cord has embedded,

You see the roots which have grown out of the bottom of the cord.

Some of them dive deeply into the earth,

While others are partially underground and partially above.

You choose to follow one of the roots that you can see and as you follow it to its end,

You see that end dipping gracefully into a large pool of beautiful turquoise water.

The water stretches far and wide.

It dances through the water and across its surface.

As you peer into the clear turquoise water,

You see the ends of many,

Many roots that started in your cord.

You also see many crystals lining the sides and bottom of the pool.

As you continue to get more familiar with this pool of water,

You notice that water is entering from the bottom of the pool in many different places and that flow creates soft bubbles that gently rise to the surface.

You feel the divine nature of this pool and take a few more moments to connect with this body of water.

As you connect,

You know intuitively that this is the energetic source of all things material in the physical plane.

This is your well of prosperity.

You have access to this well at all times.

You notice that the roots of your cord are designed to easily draw from this well.

This happens without any kind of effort.

The roots of the cord are automatically drawn to connect with this well of prosperity.

Curious about how this works,

You decide to experiment.

Allow yourself to imagine wanting something simple,

A new book,

A call from a friend.

As your physical consciousness makes that request,

You see water flow from the pool.

It flows up into and through your cord.

You follow the wave of energy up the cord and see that as it emerges into the physical plane,

It transforms into the physical form of what you asked for.

This process of asking and receiving removes only a drop of water from your well and the flow of water into the pool replaces it even before your physical eyes can discern that a drop was taken.

This process happens over and over and over,

No matter how many wants and needs you express,

No matter how big or how small they seemingly are.

You feel the certainty,

The suredness of this.

Revel in this knowing,

This divine certainty that there is enough for you.

In fact,

Enough doesn't even begin to describe what is available.

This well of prosperity is of the divine and the divine is limitless.

You are rooted in the limitless resources of the divine.

As this knowing begins to sink in,

You also intuitively know that this is the same for everyone on the planet.

Tune into that part of your physical consciousness that remembers the times in your life,

Maybe even now,

When your wants and needs haven't been met in the physical plane.

This part of you remembers those experiences,

Even here,

With this demonstration that there's always enough.

Use the divine to help you understand how to remedy the difference between divine truths and your physical plane experience.

The divine shows you that there is only one thing that can stop this limitless flow.

You.

Fear,

Longing,

Desperation,

Disbelief,

And impatience all congest the flow of the energy of the cord.

It's as if each of these emotions kinks the cord so that only a very small flow of divine energy can pass through.

While it may not seem to be true based on your physical experiences,

The divine assures that you are in complete control of the flow of energy.

The divine beckons you toward the water so that you may experience and heal your flow.

You walk over to the water and dip your hand in.

Immediately you feel a deep connection with the divine.

The divine is always here for you.

This feeling feels so wonderful and you decide to slip into the water and just float.

No effort.

You are completely supported by the water.

You feel the divine's love and support of you.

The support is unconditional.

It's simply up to you to allow that love and support to flow freely through you.

To help you with your flow,

The crystals embedded in the walls of the pool begin to light up and transmit their healing energies.

Continuing to float,

You notice waves of energy pulsing through the water,

Pulsing through your body,

Breaking up any old thoughts,

Beliefs,

Or memories that keep you separated from this indisputable truth that you are completely supported by the divine.

Feel the divine pulsing through you,

Asking you,

Please open and allow me to flow through you in an even bigger way.

Feel the connection between the water and your cord anchored here in this beautiful place grow stronger and stronger.

The ends of the roots are more open and more water flows through.

Notice how much more easily the water is able to flow up through the roots and into the cord and out into the physical plane.

Feel with absolute certainty that there is always enough for all your wants and needs in every moment.

You are bathed and surrounded and held in this truth.

Allow this somatic experience to anchor deeply within you.

This experience goes beyond creating trust into creating belief,

Expectancy,

Knowing.

You know with certainty that you can draw on this experience whenever you find yourself thinking that you are experiencing lack in the physical plane.

Your time here in your well of prosperity breaks through that illusion of lack and replaces it with knowing you are always provided for.

Feel the absolute security within your body that comes with this knowing.

As a result of this knowing,

You notice your physical existence filling up with all kinds of evidence of there is enough.

The security though isn't attached to the things that you are creating.

The security comes from this pool,

From this well of prosperity,

From knowing the truth.

Knowing that you are supported,

Allow yourself to expand into a wider range of wants and desires.

Feel yourself release any attachment to the timing or the outcome of these wants and desires because it is predetermined that the divine provides for you in all ways.

With a body,

Mind,

And soul knowing of the flow of limitless resources for you,

You will become aware that it is just about time to leave this place.

You make your way to the side of the pool,

Come up and out onto the land,

And find yourself completely dry.

Finding the root that led you to the pool,

You follow it back to the base of your cord.

You offer a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude to the divine,

To Mother Earth for this experience.

Gently allow your focus to rise up your cord until your awareness is completely and fully back within your physical body.

With your eyes still closed,

Take several deep breaths in and out.

Feel your lungs expanding,

Your belly rising and falling as you allow your awareness to come more and fully back to this physical plane.

Each of your chakras come back to a diameter that will fully support you in whatever comes next in your day.

Begin to notice the sounds of the room around you,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes as you come fully back,

Bringing this new knowing that there is enough,

Into your daily experience.
