Welcome to the meditation for living your authentic life.
This meditation is intended to open your heart and your mind to increase your own awareness and clarity.
It is not intended to be listened to while driving or operating machinery.
Just simply find a quiet place to relax.
Close your eyes down,
Shifting your focus to clarity and awareness.
Begin to settle in.
Take a nice deep breath.
And exhale as you allow your body to soften.
And then take another nice deep breath.
As you exhale,
Allow all the tension to leave your body.
As you rest here,
Allow your thoughts to disappear with each breath.
Beginning to move your awareness from your head to your heart.
Relaxing your body even more.
Relax the muscles in your face and your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax all the way down through your torso.
Sinking into your seat just a little bit more.
Relax your hips and your legs.
Breathing in all the way down to your toes.
Releasing all of the tension through the bottom of your feet.
Giving this energy to Mother Earth to be recycled.
Allow a wave of relaxing down your body several times.
Now imagine a beautiful crystal white light coming from the universe through the top of your head and down through your body.
Visualize this light filling up your entire body with a crystal white light.
You are as pure and strong as the crystal white light of the universe.
Now imagine this crystal white light is surrounding your whole body,
Reaching out five to six inches.
Allow it to come through your body like a rain shower from above.
Imagine all the stuck and old emotional energies washing away.
Giving this energy back to Mother Earth,
Knowing that she is transforming it into beautiful energy.
Now notice how clear you are with this crystal white light beaming in your body.
You are now pure and clean with all the old energies washed away.
Breathe this beautiful energy into your body.
And begin to bring in your question,
How do I begin to live a more authentic life?
What is holding me back from my authentic self?
And if other thoughts come to your mind,
Like your grocery list or what you need to do after your meditation,
Just gently let them go and come back to the present moment.

Being fully present,
Now take out your journal and write down everything that came up for you in your meditation.
And be sure to create action steps for you to start moving toward your authentic life.
Put these action steps into your calendar or your planner or however you plan your week out.
The greatest act of courage is to live your most authentic life without apology,
Without excuses and without any masks to cover the truth of who you truly are.
