We all have become a little disconnected with our bodies.
We have felt like our bodies have betrayed us.
But in today's practice,
I want you to reconnect with your body,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your soul.
Allow you to really be present in this moment.
I recommend doing this practice in a nice warm Epsom salt bath.
However,
You can do this anywhere where you feel comfortable connecting with your body on a deeper level.
Because we could all use a little more love,
A little more acceptance.
We need to forgive ourselves for the things we've said.
Be grateful for where our body takes us.
And always,
Always approach your body with love.
So if you're ready for more harmony with your body,

Step into your warm bathtub.
Light your candles.
Allow this to be time just for you and your body.
