Unclench your jaw,
Draw a slow breath in,
Let go.
Notice the habit of always feeling rushed,
The feeling that you need to get ahead,
Catch up,
The feeling that there's not enough time.
Just recognize it's something that repeats,
But time is a collection of moments.
I'm going to leave you right here to experience two complete minutes with yourself.
If thoughts or distractions arise,
Just let them,
It doesn't matter,
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Take a breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel everything slow down.
