Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

As you settle into the sacred space,

Allow your body to find comfort.

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into this earth.

These roots ground you,

Anchoring you safely and loving in this moment.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to release and your belly to expand freely.

Now gently bring your awareness to the space of your womb,

The energetic and physical centre of your creative power,

Intuition and deepest wisdom.

Place your hands softly over your lower belly if that feels comfortable,

Creating a warm and loving connection.

With each inhale,

Imagine a soft radiant light forming in your womb space.

This light may be golden,

Pink or any other colour that feels nourishing to you.

See it beginning as a gentle flicker,

Like the first light of dawn.

With each breath,

It grows brighter,

Warmer and more expansive.

Feel this light carrying warmth,

Love and healing energy.

Let it dissolve any heaviness,

Tension or stagnant energy within your womb.

As this light fills your entire womb space,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat these affirmations.

My womb is sacred.

My womb holds the wisdom of creation and transformation.

I bless the space with love,

Trust and harmony.

Let these words ripple through you,

Vibrating in your cells and imprinting themselves into your energetic field.

Now envision this radiant light expanding beyond your womb,

Flowing through your entire body.

Feel it filling your heart,

Your mind and every corner of your being with a sense of peace,

Empowerment and connection.

Visualise this light forming a protective,

Glowing aura around you,

A symbol of your divine feminine energy.

Stay here for a few moments,

Soaking in this blessing,

Knowing that you are held whole and deeply connected.

And then start to imagine the light gently returning to your womb,

Becoming a soft,

Steady glow.

Always present,

Always accessible.

Feel your awareness returning to your body.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Just inviting some movement back into your physical form.

And then when you're ready,

Bring your hands to your heart,

Placing one palm over the other.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Set the intention to carry the sense of connection,

Peace and empowerment into your day.

Whisper a gentle thank you to your womb,

To yourself and to this sacred moment.

And then when you're ready,

Returning fully to the present,

Slightly blink your eyes open,

Feeling grounded,

Empowered and blessed.
