Coming into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or laying down,

Taking a few deep breaths into your nose and out of your mouth.

Ready,

Start closing your eyes and with every exhale relax more into the surface beneath you.

Just taking a few more deep breaths into your nose and exhaling out through the mouth,

Relaxing more and more.

Now start directing your breath into your heart and really feeling the love that you have for yourself and the love that you have for others.

Spend a few moments here just feeling the love,

Breathing in love and just sending it to your heart with every exhale.

Inhaling the love and exhaling it into your heart and exhaling it into your heart.

Now let's start bringing our attention to your womb space.

Imagine your womb space as a cave and that you are standing outside of this cave.

Now what does it look like from the outside?

Does it have any windows?

Does it have holes?

What does it look like?

And what does it feel like?

What comes up for you?

Just spending a few moments here,

Just noticing without fear,

Without judgment.

Just notice what's coming up here and know that you're completely safe on this journey.

Whatever comes up,

You are completely safe.

Now when you're ready,

Start walking towards the cave,

Towards the entrance.

And then when you're ready,

Just step through the entrance into the cave.

It might take a moment for your eyes to adjust,

Depending on what the inside of the cave looks like for you.

But once you can see the inside,

Just have a look around.

Have a look around what you can see.

Noticing any marks on the horse.

From your children that you may have carried.

From any connections that you had.

From your creative projects.

Notice what's around you.

And then maybe walk a little bit further into the cave.

Does it look the same as where you just were?

Or does it look.

.

.

Again,

There is no judgment here.

And then as you venture further into the cave,

You see a person standing there.

Can't quite make out their face at the moment,

But you know you're safe.

You can feel it,

It almost feels like you actually know the person.

So you step closer,

One step at a time.

And the closer you get,

You start seeing the face.

And it actually looks like an older version of you,

Like a wiser version.

You walk towards the person until you're standing right in front of them.

You look at them and realize this is the wiser version of yourself.

It has all of the wisdom that you need.

So you look each other in the eye.

And then the old wise version of yourself looks at you and starts telling you exactly what you need to hear in this moment.

It's telling you all of the things that you know you need to hear.

Love that you may not be giving yourself.

Your wise version is finished with telling you whatever you need to hear in this very moment.

You look at them and you ask them the question that you really need answering at the moment.

The wisdom that you really need to receive.

And then just notice what comes up,

Notice what they're saying.

You listen to the words intently and you know you will be able to remember all of the words once you're coming out of this meditation.

Yourself has finished giving you all of the wisdom that you need to hear right now,

The answer to your question.

You look them in the eye and you give each other a big hug.

Really feeling the love between you two,

Between the wisdom,

Your wisdom self and yourself.

And then when you're ready,

Just thank them for the wisdom.

Know that you can come back to this place at any time that you need to.

That the wisdom is always there inside of you.

And once you realise that,

You start making your way out of the cave.

Stopping just by the exit,

Just before you leave the cave.

Again,

Just take a moment to look around and notice if maybe something has changed.

Maybe it's a little bit lighter,

Maybe it's a little bit warmer,

Maybe the colours are a little bit brighter.

Whichever it is,

Just notice the change.

Taking a deep breath here.

And then once you're ready,

Start walking out of the cave.

Coming back into your heart.

Start breathing into your heart again.

Feeling the love for yourself,

For the journey that you just took.

Maybe having a little smile on your face.

Letting the wisdom that you've just received sink in,

Integrate.

And when you're ready,

Start wiggling your toes,

Your fingers,

Maybe moving your head around slightly.

Whatever movement feels good to you right now.

And then when you're ready,

Just opening up your eyes again.
