Moving into a comfortable seated position,
Aligning your head over your heart and heart over your pelvis,
Closing your eyes,
Putting your hands onto your knees or just simply let them fall into your lap.
Palms can either be facing up or down and take a deep breath in and then out again,
Noticing if you're holding any tension in your body and then breathing into that space of tension and on your exhale letting it all melt away and taking another deep breath in,
Coming into yourself,
Into your space and then breathing out again.
Now imagine yourself five years in the future living your best life,
The life that you're currently dreaming of,
That you're desiring so much.
See where do you live,
What does your life look like,
What are you doing,
Who are you spending your time with,
What are your daily habits,
What does your day look like.
Imagine everything in absolute detail right now.
Now that you've seen in detail what your life will look like in five years time,
Imagine your future self standing in front of you.
You smile at them and give them a hug.
Your future self takes your hand and shows you their life,
Your future life.
Taking all the details again and feel it within your body.
This could be your life,
This will be your life.
Once they have shown you everything,
They turn to you,
Look you in the eyes and give you a message.
Listen to the message and the advice they give you.
Taking a moment to let the message you've just received sink in.
You thank them for their advice and the help and you say you goodbye.
Walking back into your current life with everything you need to start living your best future life right now.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.
Taking another breath in through your nose and maybe saying it out of your mouth.
Then start bringing your awareness back into your body,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers and then when you're ready just open your eyes again.
Taking in your surroundings and remembering the message that you've received from your future self.
