Welcome,

I'm Jen.

Let's send ourselves love today,

Radical self-love.

With radical self-love comes acceptance and an ability to trust our intuition.

So let's deepen our connection to our hearts,

The miracle of our breath,

And dive deep into the love that we are made of.

Please find a comfortable position.

This is an excellent meditation to do lying down before bed.

Or sit up in a chair,

Feet flat on the ground,

Crown of head reaching up toward the ceiling.

Whatever is comfortable for you,

Begin to settle in and close your eyes.

We'll begin by tuning into the body,

Bringing our right hand to our lower belly and our left hand to our heart.

Breathe deep and slow,

Filling the belly,

Allowing the chest to rise.

Release and allow the chest to fall,

The belly to deflate.

Take a few rounds like that.

Continuing to breathe deep,

Softening through the belly,

Softening through the body.

Begin to connect with this word,

Love.

Breathe it in.

Allow your body to send love out as you exhale.

As you breathe in,

Just repeat the word love internally,

And as you exhale,

Repeat the word love.

You may want to leave your hands where they are or allow them to rest on your thighs.

As you continue to fill yourself with love,

Allow it to soften,

Allowing your body to release and relax,

To become even more receptive.

As you fortify yourself here,

Breathing in love,

Allow yourself to expand the exhales.

Allow them to lengthen,

Allowing love to surround you,

Cocoon you.

Feel this give and take,

The swirling of positive energy coming in and out and around your body.

Begin to soften your body even more as you welcome the relaxation that comes from knowing you are loved,

That comes from knowing you are enough,

That connects to the deeper knowledge that you are love.

As you continue to breathe,

Deepening into the love that you are made of,

The love that is the source of your strength,

Your alignment with integrity,

The love that reminds you of who you truly are.

Allow anything in your body that's holding to release and soften,

To fill with the sensation.

As you lie or sit here,

Bring your attention to the palms of your hands.

Allow the love to come through the palms of your hands,

To go up your arms through your shoulders,

To wash over your busy mind,

To pump through the heart,

Down and around the body.

Allow this love to release through the soles of the feet,

To swirl up and around and back into your hands.

Allow your body to be light,

Buoyant,

Carried by this love,

Connected to this love,

One with this love,

This love that reminds you that you are never alone,

That you are never weak,

That you are never not enough,

This love that connects you to your deeper self,

Your true self.

Feel it in every cell.

Soften through the entire body.

Allow yourself to be so full,

To be so connected,

To feel so loved that you can't separate yourself from love.

Repeat this to yourself.

I am love,

I am love.

From here I invite you to stay cocooned in this love,

Allowing your body to rest,

Your mind to rest in this sacred space.

I wish you all good things.

Thank you for practicing with me.
