Messages from Shaltazar,

Quieting the mind.

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavish Baninu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

We come forth at this time to bring you divine wisdom that can assist you in living a more harmonious and joy-filled life.

In the fast-paced world you have created,

The mind is rarely at rest.

Its chatter often becomes the dominant voice within you,

Pulling your attention away from the subtler realms of truth,

Wisdom,

And intuition.

The busyness of the mind,

Though well-intentioned,

Can lead you further from the stillness where your greatest power resides.

Quieting the mind is not about silencing thought entirely or rejecting your intellect.

It is about restoring balance,

About creating space for the whispers of the heart and the soul to be heard,

For they are your connection to the infinite.

The human mind is a remarkable tool,

A gift from the divine to help you create,

Solve,

And navigate the complexities of life.

Yet,

When it becomes overly active,

It overshadows the deeper truths that reside within.

The incessant chatter of the mind keeps you bound to the realm of doing,

Striving and seeking,

Leaving little room for simply being.

In the stillness of a quiet mind,

You open a doorway to the unseen realms.

You align with the flow of the universe,

Where wisdom and grace are ever-present,

Waiting for you to notice.

The mind works in a way that one thought leads to another,

And before you know it,

You are a million miles from the initial thought.

This is the nature of the wandering mind,

Perpetually moving,

Connecting,

And seeking.

To halt this habitual wandering,

You must first become aware of your mind.

You must step back and become the observer of your thoughts.

As the observer,

You gain a higher perspective,

One that allows you to invoke the power of choice.

You can choose to pause,

To stop following the trail of thoughts,

And to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

This practice requires discipline,

But with time and effort,

You will strengthen your ability to intervene in the mind's habitual patterns and return to the now.

Your modern world is filled with distractions,

Constantly vying for your attention and pulling you in countless directions.

Technology,

A testament to your ingenuity,

Often overwhelms rather than supports,

Flooding you with notifications,

Endless streams of information,

And a persistent pull to stay connected.

This constant stimulation keeps your mind in a state of restless motion.

The mind,

Believing its busyness serves to protect you,

Resists the stillness it truly craves.

Yet,

Dear ones,

The stillness you seek is not a distant goal.

It is already within you,

Waiting patiently to be rediscovered.

It is not something you must create,

But something you must remember.

When your mind is restless,

Bring yourself into the present moment.

The mind races because it is trapped between the past and the future,

Constantly seeking to resolve what has been or control what is yet to come.

Anchor yourself in the now here.

Feel the ground beneath you.

The air on your skin.

The rhythm of your breath.

Tap into your senses fully.

This will help you dissolve the chatter of the mind and draw you into the sacredness of what is.

Slowing down is an essential part of this practice.

The more impatience and anxiousness you carry,

The faster your mind operates,

Spiraling into a cycle of agitation and overthinking.

A mind in haste cannot find stillness,

For it is swept up in the current of its own urgency.

By intentionally slowing your actions,

Your thoughts,

And even your breath,

You begin to train your mind to operate with greater ease.

Practicing slowness requires focus and discipline,

Yet it is one of the most profound gifts you can offer yourself.

Move through your day with intention.

Pause between tasks.

Savor the spaces between your breaths.

In the deliberate slowing of your life,

You will find that your mind begins to mirror this pace,

Softening its edges and yielding to peace.

Create spaces in your life where peace can flourish.

These need not be elaborate.

A quiet corner in your home,

A favorite chair,

Or a spot in nature can become a sanctuary for stillness.

Visit these spaces regularly,

Allowing them to become touchstones for your practice.

Let the act of returning to them remind you of your intention to quiet the mind and open to the divine within.

Your breath is a powerful ally in calming the mind.

It is the bridge between your physical self and the infinite.

When you find your thoughts racing,

Turn your attention to your breathing.

Inhale deeply,

Slowly,

And with intention.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing the clutter of your thoughts.

With each inhale,

Invite peace and spaciousness into your being.

Set boundaries with the technology that surrounds you.

It is not your adversary,

But it requires mindfulness.

Take time in your day to step away from your screens,

From the constant influx of information,

Use these moments to reconnect with yourself,

To sit in silence,

To feel the life around you.

By retreating from the noise,

You allow the mind the rest it so deeply needs.

We know that this can be challenging,

As letting go of any habit often is.

But like all efforts to release what no longer serves you,

It is profoundly worth it.

The peace,

Clarity,

And love you will discover in stillness are well worth the practice.

A consistent meditation practice is a powerful remedy for the restless mind.

When you dedicate time each day to sit in stillness,

You train your awareness to rise above the mind's endless chatter and distractions.

Begin by setting aside even a few minutes to focus on your breath or a mantra,

Allowing the mind to settle.

Let this regular practice strengthen your ability to quiet your thoughts and open your heart to the peace and clarity that lie within.

Engage in acts of creativity,

For they too quiet the mind.

Whether through painting,

Writing,

Gardening,

Or music,

Lose yourself in the flow of creation.

In these moments,

The mind yields and you are drawn into the timelessness of being.

Honor your creativity as a sacred practice,

A doorway to stillness and the divine.

Be gentle with yourself,

Dear ones,

As you embark on this journey,

Quieting the mind is not a task to complete,

But a practice to embrace.

There will be days when the mind feels restless,

But do not be discouraged.

Approach these moments with love and compassion.

Celebrate even the smallest glimpses of stillness,

For they are profound gifts.

In the quiet of the mind,

The divine speaks.

You will come to know that you are not your thoughts,

But the vast,

Limitless awareness beyond them.

In this stillness,

Clarity arises,

Peace becomes your companion,

And the path ahead is illuminated with grace.

Quieting the mind is not about retreating from life,

But engaging with it more fully,

More harmoniously,

And with a deeper sense of purpose.

We bring you this message from a place of love.

Our love for you is unconditional and everlasting.

The path to a quiet mind is a journey of profound transformation.

As you cultivate stillness,

You awaken the power within you to live in greater peace,

Harmony,

And love.

By choosing to shift your perspective and embracing the practices of awareness and presence,

You will not only cultivate joy and serenity within your own life,

But also become a beacon inspiring humanity to move towards a more compassionate and harmonious existence.

The ripple effects of your inner peace will touch the lives of many,

Creating a brighter and more loving world.
