A welcome.

Take a comfortable breath in through your nose,

And let it go gently.

There's nothing to do right now,

Just this moment.

Take another slow breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Feel your feet where they are.

Feel your body waking up,

Naturally,

Without rushing.

If your mind feels busy,

That's okay.

You don't need to change anything.

Just notice the breath moving in.

With your next inhale,

Invite in clarity with the exhale.

Let go of anything you don't need to carry today.

Quietly repeat after me.

I am steady.

I begin this day calmly.

Let those words settle,

Not forcing them,

Just allowing.

Take one last easy breath in,

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back.

Notice the room around you,

The light,

The air.

Carry this calm into your next moment.

Your day has already begun.
