Continue to breathe deeply,
Sending the breath anywhere in the body that it needs to go.
Start to imagine that there is a ball of light around your heart.
This ball of light can be any color.
Watch the light shimmer around your heart.
Start to watch the light expand.
As the light grows,
It slowly expands over each part of your body.
Give yourself time to let it spread its light.
Actively send more light to anywhere in the mind or body that needs it.
It might be tense or sore muscles.
Maybe it's an anxious thought or a worry that won't seem to pass.
This light fills in the space and provides calm.
It provides a sense of peace.
It provides relaxation to tense muscles and quiets an anxious mind.
Maybe the light needs to travel somewhere else that needs healing.
Let the light permeate anywhere in the body or mind that it needs to go.
Start to slowly gather up the light.
Let the light come away from the places that it needed to go in the body and in the mind.
Let it slowly start to sink back into the heart.
As you gather the light around the heart,
It becomes smaller and smaller and slowly drifts down toward the belly button and drifts away.
Know that you can access this light at any time.
Start to wiggle your fingertips and your toes,
Reawakening the body to the present moment.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Come into the space in the here and now,
And return to your day.
