Ask yourself, "I wonder what thought I am going to have next." Then watch your thoughts. Like a cat watching a mousehole, waiting for a mouse to come out. Be still. When you do have a thought, let it go, and re-ask, "I wonder what thought I am going to have next." See if you can have a moment of "no-thought." Enjoy! - Jason
