From the Album 5 Elements for Solo Piano Volume 2. This is a 5-minute session for creativity. Close you eyes, be still and connect with your breath. Ask yourself, "I wonder what thought I am going to have next." Then watch your thoughts. Like a cat watching a mousehole, waiting for a mouse to come out. Be still. When you do have a thought, let it go, and re-ask, "I wonder what thought I am going to have next." See if you can have a moment of "no-thought." Enjoy! - Jason

This was great. I felt lovers quarreling. The peak of argument, then the surrender of the argument getting nowhere, the resolve of compromise, and finally the making up. It was stunning. I really loved the music. Thanks for sharing.
