Self Acceptance - Short Poem By Rumi
Abandoning our feelings means to lock away a part of ourselves, and in that silence, trauma often finds its roots. Emotions, whether joy or sorrow, are the language of our inner world. When we push them aside or deny their existence, we inadvertently sow the seeds of lasting pain. Just as 'The Guest House' by our timeless Rumi's wisdom teaches us to welcome all emotions, acknowledging and embracing our feelings is a necessary step in preventing the silent trauma that we might be holding on to unconsciously. Let this realization be a gentle guide on your journey of healing and self-acceptance. Poem by Rumi Narrated by Jasmine Saied Music - Time - Hans Zimmer (Soft Version) Paul Timmich
