For you to prepare yourself to go deeper into higher,
More refined states of consciousness.
Is for you to spend more and more time in a state of pure awareness.
Now,
What does that mean?
Being in the state of pure awareness is becoming fully aware of your thoughts,
Of the resulting emotions.
Of the underlying mental patterns,
Of the thought patterns behind the thoughts.
So once you start noticing your thoughts,
How they form,
What is the emotional energetic charge behind the thoughts,
You'll begin to notice certain patterns,
Certain underlying fears,
Insecurities,
Small patterns resistance.
So the goal of the raising of our awareness is to become a lot more in flow with life.
So as opposed to being in a state of contraction and resistance.
Of what is.
Of our reality as is.
The point of this awareness exercise is for you to become aware.
Um in a state of unconditional acceptance of what is exactly how it is,
Of your reality in its unaltered state.
So basically,
No matter how uncomfortable thoughts or feelings arise,
In this process of you becoming aware of them.
The point is for you to just observe.
For you to just stay with it patiently.
Just observe it without judging it,
Without labeling it,
Without analyzing it.
Just gently observing it.
With this unconditionally loving presence and acceptance.
Because when we are in a state of acceptance,
We are in a state of openness.
Or open awareness.
And when we're in a state of openness,
We become open channels of light.
And that is also how we activate our light body and become much more high vibrational light beings because that's essentially what we are before we are physical beings we are energetic or light beings and this is one way that we can increase that state of presence and awareness and how we can become much more light beings as opposed to physical beings that are in a state of contraction and resistance with reality.
