So what does the awareness practice actually look like?
So let's do a really short awareness practice.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
And with each breath.
Relax your body and relax your mind.
And now notice.
With your awareness.
Where your mind is.
Where are you energetically speaking?
What do you feel?
What is your energy field?
You'll like.
Scan your body for any tension.
And if there's any physical tension in your body,
Could be a result of some type of energy stagnation.
Just breathe into it.
And now notice the thoughts that arise.
What type of thoughts are they?
What are the underlying patterns of your thoughts?
What is driving your thoughts?
And what is the energy behind them?
What is the nature of your thoughts?
And what are the emotions that are resulting.
From your thoughts.
What is the underlying emotion behind the thoughts?
What is driving the thoughts?
Recognize any type of fear that may be even hidden behind a small insecurity or a point of resistance,
A point of rejection of that which is uncomfortable or unpleasant and just open up to it.
Open up to it fully with your awareness.
And just stay with it patiently with unconditional acceptance.
When we begin to fully embrace our reality as is,
Exactly how it is.
We really become open channels of light.
And light.
Is exemplified by peace.
By balance.
By an inner stillness.
You know,
The inner stillness that is often talked about is not a lack of movement.
It is.
Peace.
That can move.
That is so stable.
Balance.
And.
.
.
Harmonious.
And so.
When we are in this open state of awareness.
That unconditionally accept.
Everything,
Every uncomfortable feeling,
Emotion,
Thought.
And when you're able to sit with it.
With patience and unconditional acceptance.
Then you really,
Sooner or later,
Reach a deep state of peace.
And the more.
.
.
This state of awareness in you increases and begins to be more present throughout your day,
Every day,
The more peaceful and balanced you become.
