Leaving you feeling relaxed and aware.

Sometimes we struggle to find meaning and purpose in our lives.
At the end of the day we feel that we are lacking happiness,
That we are lacking a true sense of direction and fulfillment.
We are all wanting to live a purpose driven life,
But we often don't even know what that means to us personally.
We are so caught up in fulfilling our daily responsibilities.
We're getting lost in modern day distractions.
We're trying to live up to certain expectations that we have not even chosen ourselves.
We're looking for the next thing that promises us to bring happiness.
We're looking outwards for meaning and purpose.
We have been misguided.
We're living under the misperception that outer world achievements will bring us joy,
Will create purpose.
That this is an illusion.
If you would know that your last day on earth was right around the corner.
Ask yourself.
What would I change today?
How do I want to spend my last few days?
Let all the mind guided delusions drop away.
Let all the outer world expectations drop away.
Let what is meaningful to you surface.
Let your innermost true sense of meaning come to light.
We need a shift,
A shift away from letting our minds guide our lives to letting us be guided by our hearts.
Shift from letting the mind decide what should be done to feeling what is right.
They are living from your heart.
Begin listening to your heart.
Bring your awareness to your heart now.
You can even place your hands onto your heart,
Creating a physical connection with your heart.
Feel your heart.
Breathe into your heart.
Feel the softness,
The tenderness coming from your heart,
Expanding into your whole body,
Into your whole being.
Let your heart know that from now on you will listen to it,
That you will let the voice of the heart be your guide.
Speak to your heart.
