Hello and welcome.
This is a moment for you to pause and breathe while we get in touch with the strong and capable inner guide that resides deep inside of you.
Please find somewhere to rest,
Sit or lay that feels good to you.
Ideally,
Let yourself be still and quiet where you can feel the breath come naturally in and out.
Feel free to close your eyes or gaze down at your lap or the floor.
Just be sure you feel comfortable,
Safe and are able to relax a bit into your body in this moment.
As you come into a comfortable position with your eyes resting,
Let your breath flow naturally in and out of your body.
There's no need to alter your breath.
Just notice it.
If you're able to,
Let the air pass naturally in and out of your nose and feel the exchange happening in your body.
The new fresh air entering your body to fuel your organs and brain,
Followed by the letting go of that air that has already provided oxygen to your being.
And as your breath is moving in and out of your body,
Take a moment to notice what types of sensations you feel in your body right now.
Possibly noticing any discomfort,
Tightness,
Pain or maybe comfort or ease.
There's no need to judge it or diagnose it,
But become aware of the different sensations you feel in your body at this moment.
If some areas of your body could benefit from a little extra love from you today,
Consider sending some breath to those areas.
Now as you're breathing,
We'll do some mantra work.
We're on our inhales,
We repeat a phrase and on our exhales we do the same.
So for this first one,
With each in breath,
Let's repeat to ourselves,
I am here.
And with each out breath,
I am well.
I am here.
I am well.
Now with each inhale,
Let's say to ourselves,
I am strong.
And with each exhale,
I am wise.
I am strong.
I am wise.
Next with each inhale,
Let's say to ourselves,
I am confident.
And with each exhale,
I am free of doubt.
I am confident.
I am free of doubt.
Continue to breathe in and out.
Let the breath flow up and down your body,
Cleansing you as it moves through you.
Now let's take three final deep,
Slow breaths,
Extending the inhales and the exhales as you do.
And when you are ready,
Feel free to slowly open your eyes,
Stretch out your body and come back to the space around you.
