Take a moment here and get into a comfortable position.
Allow your body to relax,
Let go of any tension or any worries,
And allow your eyes to gently close.
Let's take a deep breath in here and let that go.
Let's do one more deep breath in and let it go.
Now come back to your physical body here and feel the sensations of your body touching the chair or the ground.
Maybe wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
When you're ready you may open your eyes,
Come back to the awareness of your surroundings.
