It's Jay here welcoming you to this meditation.

Whether our paths have crossed or not,

It's time for you.

I want you to close your eyes,

Get into a comfy position whether it be laying down or sitting.

Get yourself comfortable and supported.

Rest your palms open and upwards to the sky.

Rest them on your thighs gently.

Allow them to relax,

Free of tension.

Let's focus on the breath and we release anything that no longer serves us for today.

Just allow yourself to pause and relax.

Breathe in,

Hold and sigh the release.

Again,

Breathe in,

Hold and sigh the release.

One more time.

This time I want you to really exhale with some force.

Blow that negativity outward and invite relaxation deep into your body.

Breathe in,

Hold and out with force.

With your body supported,

Allow your mind to rest.

Should thoughts come in,

Acknowledge them briefly and then allow them to simply float away with love.

It's perfectly natural.

Do not worry.

Just let them go.

Focus your attention on your breath or my voice and just be.

No stress,

Feel the ground beneath you precious one.

Feel yourself grounded and supported by Mother Earth.

Allow your worries to be washed away by the healing power of your breath.

With your eyes softly closed,

Take a deep breath and visualize the breath as it travels through your body.

And as we observe it,

We let the muscles relax,

The tension release and peace surround you.

In through the nose,

Down through your throat and into your lungs.

Relax your face,

Soften your jaw,

Lower your shoulders,

Soften your arms and fingers.

Feel the air move into your belly,

Your pelvis,

Deep in your spine and into your thighs,

Down your legs,

Into your feet.

And with it comes deep warmth and relaxation.

Visualize the place at the base of your spine,

The home of your root chakra,

Where we get our sense of safety,

Foundation and security.

It supports and grounds us.

Imagine the most vibrant red light moving from the earth and flowing into a now glowing red orb at the root chakra,

Warm and soothing.

Bathe this orb in this healing light,

Allowing it to dissolve any energy blockages and return it to a perfectly spherical shape,

Glistening with purity,

Strength and support.

This healing light dissolves any blockages,

Illuminating the orb so it sparkles and is clear,

Allow the warmth of this fire to spread out into your entire body for a moment,

Any old fears about speaking up will simply dissolve.

Yet your third eye feels light as a feather.
