Let's settle into a comfy position and concentrate first on our breath.

Allow your eyes to flutter closed and feel your body melting into the ground as you relax into the space beneath you.
Place both hands over your heart and as you continue to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Wonder to yourself,
How does it feel to place my hands over this special tender area,
This place where I experience love for self and love for others.
If your mind wanders at any point,
That's okay,
It is the nature of the mind to wander.
Simply bring your attention back to the breath.
Notice how your thoughts come and go,
Positive or negative,
And simply allow them to pass by like clouds in the sky.
Shift your focus to the point above your head and imagine there is a warm,
Steady stream of sunlight flowing directly into your body.
And as it enters,
You can feel it cleansing,
Warming,
And wiping any tension you have.
Imagine that sunlight travels through your body,
All the way to your toes.
And as it flows through you,
To each and every part of your body,
It leaves you with a sense of ease,
Dissolving any tension and discomfort.
You are now enveloped in this sunshine and it is brought with it comfort,
Warm and calm.
Take a moment to sit with that feeling.
Continue deep breathing.

Inhale love and acceptance.
Exhale doubt and fear.
Inhale peace and calm.
Exhale tension and worry.
Now visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror and look into your own eyes.
What is it you see?
Notice the colour.
Notice the lashes.
And notice the emotion behind the eyes.
Is there pain or sadness?
Love and joy?
Or just simply a neutral expression?
Regardless of what appears in the reflection,
Tell yourself,
I love you.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy of happiness.
I love you.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy.
Know that what you see in the mirror in this moment may be different from what you see the next time you look.
And that is perfectly okay.
Imagine now that you could breathe into your heart space.
And as you do,
Visualize love pouring out of your hands and into your heart.
Let this love warm and permeate you from your heart centre,
Filling the rest of your body.
Feel the sense of calm,
The sense of comfort,
Travelling up through your chest,
Into your neck and head.
Out into your shoulders,
Arms and hands.
And then down into your ribs,
Your belly,
Your pelvis,
Your legs and your feet.
Allow the sensation of warmth to fill you from head to toe.
Breathe here and know that love is always available for you when you need it.
Simply place your hands on your heart and breathe.
Shift your focus again to the point above your head.
And this time,
That sunlight is love and self-acceptance.
Let it rain down over your body,
From the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.
You can feel it cleansing your body,
Wiping any doubt,
Any tension,
Any sadness.
Wiping it all clean.
You are left with a sense of ease.
You are enveloped in this love and self-acceptance and they have brought with them comfort,
Warmth and calm.
Take a moment to enjoy it.
Let that love and self-acceptance wash over you.
You are an incredible person,
Just the way you are.
You do not need to be or do anything more than you are doing right now.
You are worthy of love as you are now.
You must receive all the love that you deserve.
I want you to openly accept love and self-acceptance unconditionally.
You deserve tenderness.
You deserve grace.
You deserve ease.
You deserve peace.
You deserve love.
Listen to the sound of your breath as it whispers in and out.
Notice the relaxation.
Notice the calm.
And allow yourself to hear these words of self-acceptance and repeat after me.
In your mind or out loud,
It doesn't matter.
I am incredible.
I love myself.
I love my desires.
I love my plans.
I love and accept my mistakes.
My body is a miracle.
I honour my body.
I love my laugh.
I love my kindness.
I love the darkest parts as much as I love my lightest parts.
I love everything I have to offer.
And I accept myself completely.
We constantly evolve throughout this life.
We shed old habits,
Characteristics and attitudes when they no longer serve us.
It's okay to just let them go.
You are a beautiful work in progress and you are loved just the way you are.
You deserve every word.
You are worthy of love and self-acceptance just for being you.
This is a beautiful opportunity to learn something new about yourself and tune in to your physical and emotional needs.
Let self-love enable you to build a stronger relationship with yourself and allow you to show up more fully in your life.
