With every breath,

Become available for an upgrade.
Continue to breathe in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
And bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
The heart,
The doorway between the seen and unseen,
And imagine a single spark of light glowing inside you like an ember.
This spark is ancient,
Older than your body,
Older than this lifetime,
Older than the earth itself.
This is the original light you came from,
The light that formed galaxies,
The light that shaped your soul,
The light that speaks to you in intuition,
In knowing,
In truth.
Breathe into that light,
And feel it expand,
Slowly,
Softly.
This light is not symbolic,
It is literal.
Your body emits photons,
Tiny packets of light,
Generated from the same cosmic source that lights the stars at night.
This is a remembering.
You are light,
Feeling the warmth spreading through the center of your chest,
Up into your throat,
Into your mind,
Down your arms,
Into your legs,
Until every cell in your body is softly glowing from within.
You are not the darkness you have walked through.
You are not the pain you have survived.

You are the light that outlives all of it,

The light that regenerates itself every time you rise.
Taking another deep breath in,
Feeling this inner light activate,
Expanding beyond your body,

You are luminous.

Feeling the light move gently through the spaces in your body,
Clearing all of the heavy intense sensations.
Letting this light fill the places in your body you've been avoiding.
Let it touch the parts of you you've judged,
Hidden,
Shamed,
Or ignored.
The light does not destroy your shadows.
It integrates them,
Softens them,
Transforms them.
Every shadow you carry is simply light waiting to be seen.
Taking a deep breath in,
Allowing your inner light to illuminate the parts of you you've forgotten to love.
You are not too much,
Too little,
Behind,
Or lost.
You are simply light,
And light cannot be unworthy.
Feeling your entire energy field brightening,
Expanding,
Rising.
This rising is your natural state.
This glow is your truth.
This softness is your power.
Now imagine your light extending several feet beyond your body,
Creating a field around you,
A field of peace,
Clarity,
Quiet strength.
This extension of your being,
This light being that you are,
Shines out and this is how you shift rooms simply by entering.
How you attract people,
Opportunities,
Abundance without forcing,
Pushing,
Or convincing.
Light doesn't chase,
Light reveals,
Light magnetizes,
Light transforms simply by being.
Taking a breath in,
Feeling that truth anchoring within you.
Today you choose to move through the world as a lighthouse.
Simply allowing your natural brightness to lead the way.
There is nothing to do,
Nothing to prove,
Nothing to earn,
Nothing to be.
You just have to remember what you already are,
Who you are,
What you are made of.
A breath in,
Feeling this light rise.
A breath out,
Feeling the light settle.
Silently repeating the words,
I am light,
I remember who I am,
My presence is my power.
Feeling those words ripple through your subconscious,
Letting them become the new baseline for how you walk,
Breathe,
Speak,
Create.
You are light,
