Welcome to this meditation.

A chance to connect to the mind,

To the body and to your energy.

Take a long deep breath,

Becoming aware of the air as it enters your lungs with a cool sensation.

Feeling how it gently warms as it travels down the body.

And exhale with every breath,

Sinking deeper and deeper into the space.

Breathing in health,

Happiness,

Harmony.

Breathing out tension,

Toxins,

Worries.

Any stress that's built up within you,

Anything that no longer serves you,

Let it go.

And become aware of all of the energy in your body.

Feel all of your cells.

Ignite,

Come alive.

You're shining bright and radiant,

Like the sun.

Enjoy the sensation,

Letting any tension fall from the body,

Like water dripping off and dispersing into the surface beneath you.

And open your eyes whenever you're ready.
