Take a few moments to become aware of your body feel the surface beneath you supporting you fully gently scan your body from the top of your heart down to the tips of your toes soften your forehead relax your jaw and release any tension in your neck and shoulders let your chest open and feel your abdomen rise and fall with each breath relax your hips,
