Welcome to this meditation designed to cultivate gratitude and bring a sense of appreciation into your heart.

Gratitude has the power to shift our focus bringing peace,

Joy and abundance into our lives.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Rest your hands gently in your lap or by your sides.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Let's begin.

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Feeling its natural rhythm as it flows in and out.

With each inhale,

Breathe in appreciation.

And with each exhale,

Release stress and worry.

Now bring to mind something you are grateful for.

Perhaps a person,

An experience or something simple like the warmth of the sun or the comfort of your breath.

Hold this feeling of gratitude in your heart.

Now visualize a soft golden light growing in your heart.

This light represents gratitude,

Warmth and love.

As you breathe,

Let this light expand,

Filling your entire chest,

Flowing through your arms,

Your legs,

Your whole body.

Silently affirm.

I am grateful for this moment.

I appreciate the abundance in my life.

My heart is open to gratitude and joy.

Feel the energy of gratitude expanding beyond you.

Touching everything in your life.

And taking a long,

Deep breath in.

Filling yourself with appreciation.

Hold for a moment.

And as you exhale,

Allow this sense of gratitude to settle deeply within you.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Bringing awareness back to your surroundings.

Slowly open your eyes.

Carrying this feeling of gratitude with you throughout your day.

You are blessed.

You are abundant.

You are grateful.
