Welcome to this Throat Chakra Meditation to support your business success.

Begin by getting into a comfortable position where your body is completely relaxed yet you feel supported.
Take your focus down to your feet chakras on the balls of your feet.
Imagine them opening wide and invite the earth energy to flow through into your feet and into your body.
And as you receive her energy into your body grow down your root system from your feet deep into the earth spreading it out wide so that you feel supported and held.
Take a deep breath in relaxing and expanding your throat as you receive that air down into your lungs and then release.
Take another deep breath in taking that breath right to your fingertips to your toes and on the out-breath release that breath down through your feet chakras into the earth and on your next in-breath draw up that beautiful earth energy feel it move up through the roots through your feet through your whole body and on the out-breath breathe out through your crown sending your breath up to the cosmos and as your breathing returns to its normal cycle just imagine that that energy you sent up then circles around it goes back down into the earth comes back up through your root system and back through you.
A continuous flow of energy from the cosmos and the earth through your body.
You are part of this cycle bringing you everything you require.
Put your focus in your throat chakra and feel this energy cycling through and as it moves through the area of your throat chakra,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your ears,
Feel that whole area open and expand to allow this continuous flow of energy through and just take one more deep breath into that throat area and as you release out feel it open completely.
Relax your shoulders,
Let your jaw relax and your throat is ready to receive.
Now imagine you are standing in a rainbow.
The colors of the rainbow move through each of the corresponding chakras and the blue passes into your throat chakra.
Keep your focus on that blue energy that's filling your throat chakra from the high-frequency rainbow energy bringing pure light into your throat and as your throat fills with this energy it's as though this energy massages your throat chakra to help release the stories and the beliefs that tighten up your throat chakra,
That constrict it,
That hold you back from showing up in your business,
Speaking,
Sharing your truth.
So as this magnificent blue energy massages your throat chakra,
It transmutes the stories around the witch wound and your fear of being judged if you share your true gifts with the world.
Your fear of being criticized,
Of being ostracized for your truth and even if that isn't applicable in your life right now,
Your throat may still hold that memory and that is going to stop you from really standing out in your business,
From speaking who you are,
What your gifts are.
So as this blue energy moves through your throat,
Releasing those fears,
Those filters that have caused you to hold back your truth,
It also helps to move the false stories that you tell about yourself.
The things that others have put on to you and that you've come to believe are you and you speak in that voice.
You pretend that this is your truth because you perceive that as being more acceptable.
So this energy is not allowing that.
This energy is shifting and transmuting all of those false stories.
It's also releasing the perfectionism because you don't trust your natural voice,
Your natural expression and so you try and be in control of it to make it acceptable but it disguises your truth.
So this blue energy is releasing that,
Transmuting that,
Allowing the space for your true voice,
Your authentic voice that is 100% aligned with the authenticity in your heart to be revealed.
Now as you feel all this energetic movement,
You might be feeling that you want to sound or tone or hum.
You might want to yawn or sigh or even yell to help transmute these energies that go way beyond this lifetime and that you are choosing to release here and now because this life you are finding your voice,
You are expressing your voice and nothing and no one is going to hold you back from that.
So make whatever sound wants to come out to really shift this energy and to create this beautiful space for your true voice to inhabit your throat chakra and notice as you make these sounds they will start to change.
The vibration is changing in your throat chakra with the transmuting of those energies and as you bring in your more pure voice the sound that is coming out aligns with this higher vibration.
So as you continue with this sound I'm bringing through a light language activation to help integrate the higher frequencies of truth in your throat.
So as you sit in the expansion of your throat just make one final sound to anchor in your true voice at this moment in time and then when you're ready take your focus back down to your feet chakras where that earth energy is coming into your body.
Allow that energy to awaken your body as you start to move your body gently and when you are ready perhaps with a big sigh open your eyes and come back into your space.
