Begin to walk along a peaceful path through the garden.
With each step,
Feel the soft earth beneath your feet grounding you in the present moment.
As you walk,
Become aware of the sounds around you.
The rustling leaves,
The chirping birds and the gentle whispers of the wind.
Imagine that you're holding a delicate flower in your hand.
The flower symbolizes your grief,
A part of you that needs nurturing and care.
Gently cradle the flower,
Acknowledging the pain it represents.
As you continue to breathe,
Visualize a warm comforting light surrounding you and the flower.
This light represents your own love,
Compassion and healing energy.
Feel this light enveloping the flower,
Gradually soothing its petals and easing its pain.
