DING! Overnight the clouds vanished and this new morning is clean and clear. Welcome to the clarity of a fresh day, A fresh look. The sunshine itself is fresh and new, As if it is trying itself out for the first time, To see what it can illuminate. The sun comes in silence, Its rays splashing onto the street and houses, Brightening the earth colors. Let silence shine on you now, Cleaning and clearing as it comes. Silence does its work, Cleaning up and clearing out the distractions. Being here, It is the body that holds the five senses, That observes and experiences everything. Review and relish your physical self, Even as it continues to serve you. Your feet, Legs, Waist, Chest, Arms and head. Let your attention illuminate your emotions, No matter what they are. Shine awareness on a feeling and energize it to express, So that a word or sound comes out into the air right now, Here. Shine the light all the way down into your soul and illuminate your essence. This is you and yours, And shines more brightly whenever it is shared. May you shine today, Illuminating who you are and others in your light. Your gift today is illumination.
