Maybe it's calm,
Clarity,
Patience,
Courage.
There's no right answer.
Just notice what your heart calls for.
Then can you picture this quality as a color,
A texture,
A light?
See it in front of you,
And with each inhale,
Draw it into your body.
Let it fill your chest,
Your belly,
Your whole being.
And with each exhale,
Imagine radiating it outward,
Ready to infuse your day.
Spend a few breaths here,
Inhaling this quality into your being and exhaling it out into the world.
Now imagine yourself stepping into the flow of your day.
See yourself moving through your morning,
Your conversations,
Your responsibilities,
With this quality guiding you.
Notice how your posture shifts,
How your energy feels when you lead with this intention.
Take a few moments just to breathe with this image.
Trust that you can return to this quality at any moment.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Take one more deep inhale,

Exhale,
