Meditation Timer OnlineI’m Jackie, a holistic therapist, guide, and rest-based practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom. My approach is slow, attuned, and deeply somatic. I draw on a blend of evidence-based therapy, somatic wisdom, restorative and holistic practices (i.e. breathwork, yoga, yoga nidra, and energy work) to help you soften, regulate, and return to yourself. I believe in the healing power of gentleness. In becoming the architect of your wellness, one breath, one sensation, one compassionate moment at a time. My work is meaningful to me because I get to witness people reclaim their softness, their clarity, and their capacity to feel safe within themselves.
