Registered Social Worker, MSW

Jackie (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker and holistic practitioner who views the medicine of rest as an essential foundation of all healing. As the founder of Architecture of Wellness, she bridges the gap between clinical science and soulful ritual to support those navigating anxiety, burnout, and the complexities of modern life. Her practice is rooted in the belief that intentional rest is a radical act of self-reclamation. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and several yoga nidra teacher trainings, she specializes in deep nervous system restoration. Her holistic background is extensive, encompassing roles as a reiki master, clinical aromatherapist, and sound healing practitioner. She integrates these ancient traditions with her clinical Master of Social Work to create meditative experiences that are both deeply restorative and trauma-informed. Through guided visualizations, somatic grounding, and the art of stillness, she creates a sanctuary for listeners to drop out of the doing mind and into a state of pure being. Her sessions are designed to help folks regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with the inherent wholeness that exists beneath the noise of daily stress.
