Today we will be tuning in to the vibration of forgiveness.
Tuning in to your breath.
Allow yourself to feel and hear your own breath.
As I speak the light language,
The frequencies of unconditional love,
I'd like you to listen with your heart and receive them as melodies.
These words,
These tones cannot be understood by the mind,
But be felt through the heart.
And we feel unconditional love as we tap into forgiveness.
Forgiveness to ourselves,
To others,
To humanity.
Take a deep breath,
Slow exhale.
And again,
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
It is difficult at times to forgive.
Acknowledge this feeling and send it love.
Greet it with love.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Pause your breath here.
A slow exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathe.
Just your natural breath now.
Feel the vibrations in your body,
The frequencies in your cells.
You may play this as many times as you feel is necessary for you.
