Welcome to Love Language Meditation. I invite you to sit or lay down in a comfortable position. As we will tune in to the frequency of your breath. If you like you may place your left hand to your heart. So there is that physical connection to the heart space. And take a deep breath in. Slow exhale out. Deep breath in. Slow breath out. Slow breath out. Keep breathing like so. Slow breaths. And as you listen to my voice, Feel the melodies. The words and tones. Feel it in your heart space. Honesty. The words and tones. Take a deep breath in. And breathing out. And going within. You may listen to this as many times as you like. Make sure you drink some water. Allow it to settle into the cells.
