Welcome to Love Language Meditation.
Today we'll be tuning in to the frequencies of calm.
Calming the mind and calming the nervous system,
Working with tones such as tuning forks and pipes and gongs and love language,
Otherwise known as light language from other sound healers.
I'd like you to find a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Calming,
Breathing,
As the body becomes still you'll find the mind may start to erase,
But that's okay.
Just tune in to your breath for now.
Watching it flow in and out through the nostrils.
Feeling it flow in and out through the nostrils.
As you hear and listen to the sound of my voice,
Feel it from your heart.
There is no direct translation in the earthly language,
So feel it like a melody as you listen to it like music.
Feel the melodies move down the back of your spine and into your subtle energy bodies.
Slowly lengthening your exhalation.
Wherever you are in your breath,
Slowly inhale and gently exhale.
Slowly inhale and gently exhale.
And again slowly inhale,
Gently exhale.
And again slowly inhale,
Gently exhale.
And again slowly inhale,
Gently exhale.
And again slowly inhale,
Gently exhale.
Anytime your mind starts to take over,
You can feel it.
Just acknowledge that it has and shift that awareness back into your breath,
Back into your body.
And seeing if you can feel the vibrations of the sound,
The vibration of the tones,
The vibrations of the love language.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and this time open the mouth out and allow yourself to have a big sigh out.
And again inhale,
Big sigh out.
Two more in your own time.
One more in your own time.
From here,
I'd like you to take a big exhale out,
Slowly inhale,
Hold your breath here for a moment,
Without straining yourself,
Pause your breath,
Slowly exhale,
Slowly exhale,
Slowly exhale,
Empty the lungs completely and pause your breath here.
Oṣaṇa saṅkha-tarāhiya enakata'i ahoṇa-tarāhanata-viṣṭuḍuḍu,
Īreha-niṣṭuḍuḍu.
Slowly inhale,
Feel the energy move up the spine as you inhale,
Pause your breath here,
Āhaṇaḥ kuṣṭuṇi yahīyana vadhehaṇaḥ yad rūhaiṣṇakyaḥ.
Slowly exhale,
Feel the energy,
Breath move all the way down to your feet,
Down into the earth,
Into Mother Gaia,
Empty the lungs out completely,
Feel yourself connecting to Gaia,
Āraṣṇaḥ yaka,
Īreha no durovīyanaḥ yasthuḍuḍu yanaśtaka.
And then as you inhale,
Feel the energy from the earth moving up through your feet into your heart space and come back into your natural breath,
Into your heart space here.
If you like you can place your left hand to your heart space and right hand over the top and just pause here with your natural breath.
Yā no kōshto rōhanayadeśti ki nikia anaśtana rakiya osokoāhe nokīyatarei onośtokosh ekata istikasa.
