Welcome to another guided meditation with Ivy and Light.

Today we will focus on increasing our gratitude energy.

You may choose to enhance your experience today by diffusing essential oils such as ginger bergamot or gratitude blend.

These scents will help you breathe in the essence of gratitude throughout our meditation.

You can also hold a heart chakra crystal like rose quartz in your non-dominant hand,

Allowing the crystal's energy to flow into your body.

Go ahead and take a moment to gather whatever tools you need today,

Pausing this meditation until you're ready.

Now that you have everything that you need,

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

In a safe and quiet space.

Take a moment to settle yourself,

Making sure that you feel relaxed and at ease.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Begin by relaxing your face,

Your neck,

Your arms and hands.

Soften your stomach muscles and release tension from your back and your hips,

And allow your legs and feet to relax.

Take a deep breath in,

Holding it for a moment,

And exhale,

Releasing any stale air or negative energy from your body.

Take another deep breath,

Focusing on drawing in loving energy,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any stress or frustration.

Take a final deep breath,

Allowing all your muscles to relax as you breathe out.

Now continue to breathe gently,

Finding a rhythm that is comfortable for you.

Now let's take a moment to consider all the things you have to be grateful for in your life right now.

As each person,

Thing or circumstance comes to mind,

Repeat it to yourself three times so your mind and body fully experience that gratitude.

Notice the emotions that arise as you consider these gratitudes.

You might feel a smile forming on your face,

A sense of lightness,

Joy,

Or peace.

Embrace these emotions and their positive energy as we continue to further explore this gratitude energy.

Continue adding to your list of gratitudes.

Feel that energy of gratitude swirling within your body,

Surrounding your aura,

And filling the space around you.

This gratitude energy is incredibly powerful and can uplift your mood,

Emotions,

And overall vibration.

Allow this energy to expand and radiate from within you.

With each breath,

Feel the gratitude energy expanding and filling every cell of your being.

Allow it to flow freely,

Creating a magnetic field of positivity and abundance around you.

As you bask in this energy,

Take a moment to visualize yourself expressing gratitude in various situations throughout your day.

See yourself expressing gratitude to others and to yourself.

Feel the immense joy and warmth that arises from these acts of gratitude.

Now let's look toward the bright future ahead of you.

Bring to mind a specific goal or desire that you have.

Visualize yourself already having achieved this goal.

Feel the gratitude and joy that you would experience in that moment.

Let this feeling permeate your entire being as if the goal has already manifested in your life.

To solidify the reality of this manifestation,

Repeat this affirmation several times.

Allow the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.

The affirmation is simple.

I am grateful for,

And insert your goal or desire.

I am grateful for,

And insert your goal or desire.

Let's take a moment to repeat that several times.

Feel the energy of gratitude drawing your desires closer to you with grace,

Speed,

And ease.

Remember this energy is always within reach.

Take a few moments whenever you need to repeat your list of gratitudes and visualize your goals as already accomplished.

You can embrace the power of gratitude anytime to enhance your energy,

To shift your vibration,

And to attract more abundance into your life.

As we close out our meditation,

Let's take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Carry this gratitude energy with you throughout your day,

Allowing it to guide your thoughts,

Your actions,
