Welcome to another guided meditation with Ivy and Light. Today we're embracing the healing energy of Clear Quartz. Quartz is the master healer, Amplifying your intentions and connecting you with divine clarity and wisdom. Before we begin, Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during this meditation and sit down with your Clear Quartz resting in the palm of your non-dominant hand. If you're right-handed, This is your left hand. If you're left-handed, This is your right hand. If you're working with a Clear Quartz point, Make sure the point is facing inwards toward your body. First, Take a deep breath in and out, Releasing all the stale air from your body. Continue breathing deeply, Fully, And easily, Inviting in fresh air and releasing stagnant energy from your body. As you breathe, Visualize this Clear Quartz in your hand, Glowing with pure white light, Flowing up your arm, Into your heart, And throughout the rest of your body. Feel the cleansing energy sweeping away fear, Doubt, And restlessness and aligning you with clear, Fresh energy and the highest vibrations. As this clear energy flows through you from the Clear Quartz, We will repeat affirmations together to help bring our mind and body more quickly and fully into alignment with the Clear Quartz energy.
