It’s exhausting “feeling “all the crazy emotions from everything going on in the world. What if truth, consciousness and bliss. We must always remember that we are Spiritual Beings having a human experience! Doesn't that take a bit of the pressure to be perfect off?

Namaste everybody.

Welcome to In The Clothes by Albert.

So today,

You know,

I was vacillating on what I wanted to sort of discuss today.

And it's very interesting because I had my human self wanted to talk about this,

But my spirit guides wanted to talk about this.

So spirit guides always win,

Right?

So it was interesting.

So tomorrow we'll talk about the human side.

We'll talk about the thing that I want to talk about on the human side.

Today I want to talk about our emotions and how we've been feeling.

You know,

We've had several days now to process everything that's been going on in the United States.

Now I know I have a lot of friends overseas and in other countries.

So I mean,

You know,

I don't know if you've heard about what's been going on here.

There's a little unrest,

Right?

So this is what I wanted to talk about though regarding this.

It doesn't in this sense,

It doesn't matter what side of the coin you're on.

Okay.

But,

You know,

Last week when things started happening,

It was really fascinating to me because I found myself in this place of like,

I was glued to the TV,

You know,

As a lot of people were.

I was glued to the TV and I had my own emotions,

Right?

And then,

You know,

I started hearing from friends and I have a lot of friends that are different,

You know,

Like spiritual friends,

Spiritual teachers,

My regular friends that aren't necessarily into this stuff,

Right?

So I have different friends with different interests all over the place.

And my friends and my spiritual teachers have been like,

Some of them,

Not everybody,

Was like,

Okay,

Just like turn off the TV and go meditate.

And I was like,

I can't,

It's not,

I just don't feel like I can do that.

I need to know what's going on,

You know?

So I had this internal struggle about how I was feeling about everything and about should I just turn off the TV and just not be aware of what's going on and go meditate and sit in,

Hold space for the world,

Right?

Or should I watch?

And then it dawned on me that,

You know,

We talk so much about,

You know,

Ram Dass,

Who I just absolutely have always adored,

Right?

I love his teachings,

Right?

He said,

Actually,

And Ram Dass and Wayne Dyer said this a lot too,

That we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

So it kind of took some of the pressure off for me,

Right?

Because I didn't want to be feeling what I was feeling and I didn't want to,

You know,

I didn't want to have any of these emotions.

My emotions were all over,

As a lot of people's were,

All over the gamut,

You know?

I mean,

Had,

You know,

All sorts of emotions as,

You know,

A lot of people did.

So but it's interesting because my spiritual teacher,

One of my teachers posted today where energy,

Wait,

What is it?

Where energy goes,

Where attention goes,

Energy flows.

And you know,

So anyway,

Thank you for that.

It's true.

So here's the thing.

Yes,

I wanted to be in that place and I wanted to know everything that was going on,

But there's that aspect to it too,

Where attention goes,

Energy flows.

So we have a choice.

We have a choice.

We always have a choice,

Right?

So here's my thing.

I was making myself wrong for wanting to know and everything that was going on,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah.

But guess what?

Once I sat back and realized that I am a spiritual being having a human experience,

I was like,

You know what?

I'm not going to feel guilty about this.

So I allowed myself a period of time,

Not too long,

But I allowed myself a period of time to sit reflect,

You know,

Just be in the moment,

Feel those feelings.

And then I went into meditation.

So it's kind of like,

Yes,

Where the attention goes,

Energy flows,

But you know what?

And we can be in that moment.

We can feel those emotions,

But then we need to cut ourselves off and then go back and sit in meditation and be in ourselves.

I hope that makes sense because to me,

That's really,

Really important for all of us.

Yeah,

You know what?

We don't want to be,

We don't want to be stuck in that place of ickiness and you know,

All of those negative emotions and such.

We don't want to be stuck there.

And right now we need to hold space for the world because when you think more globally,

The emotions on all sides of the coin,

It doesn't even matter what your individual opinion is.

It's there.

It's that icky,

It's that not great emotion.

It's that lower end of the vibrational scale,

Right?

So sitting in meditation and being part of the solution and holding space in our meditation for the world,

That is what's going to change things.

And we're headed into the age of Aquarius anyway,

Which I love.

Oh my gosh.

Because so you know what's going to happen?

We're in the age of Aquarius.

Like we're heading in there.

All this is happening for a reason and very soon we are going to be living in our bliss.

Yay.

Doesn't that sound awesome?

We're going to be living in our bliss for sure.

Right?

So what we're going to do today is we're going to meditate on Sat Chit Ananda.

And if you're familiar with that,

Sat Chit Ananda means truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

Right?

So in doing that,

We are going to hold space for the world.

We're going to hold space for everyone in this world.

All the living beings,

The human beings,

The animals,

All animals,

The plants.

We're going to hold space for Mother Earth and all that she allows us.

Right?

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Oh man,

That was a thing.

So let's take a nice deep breath in,

Taking in all the beautiful energy of Mother Earth.

So take a nice deep breath in and release it.

Beautiful.

And our mantra for today,

As I said,

Is Sat Chit Ananda.

Sat Chit Ananda.

Truth.

Consciousness.

Bliss.

Doesn't even matter what's going on in the world right now.

We all can always use a little bit of that,

Don't you think?

Truth.

Consciousness.

Bliss.

Raising that vibration.

What are you grateful for today?

Come on,

Just give me one thing,

One thing that you are absolutely amazingly grateful for.

Very good.

Because that helps us raise our vibration as well.

Perfect.

So as we get ready to sit in our silence and stillness,

Sat Chit Ananda.

If you forget the mantra,

It's absolutely okay.

Just bring yourself back to your breath and concentrate and think about the joy of being on this earth and hold space for Mother Earth.

Let's begin.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Consciousness,

Whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

So as we go throughout our day today,

Know,

Know,

Just know,

Lift it up to Mother Earth.

Let's hold space and know that we are truth,

Consciousness,

And bliss.

And that's how we change the world.

Right there.

And do not go throughout your day feeling guilty for how you feel because we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Just don't sit in it.

That's the key.

You're allowed to feel however you feel.

Just don't sit in it too long.

Right?
