Chris Loder

Chris has been practising mindfulness for around seven years now, exploring different practices, theories and traditions. He has a strong interest in secular mindfulness and how it can be used to help people with their daily lives and day-to-day mental health. Having completed his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Chris has also explored many of the theoretical elements and contexts of mindfulness and other traditions in an academic setting. Added to this, Chris also enjoys composing music and doing sound design, which you will see feature now and then in the tracks he uploads to Insight Timer!

Amazing. I was standing on a hillside, alone. Looking into the vast land, to the horizon that stretched forever in my eyes. I realize this is another plane, another life. Knowing solitude in this moment, silently callling into the the inifinite… and then I was no longer alone; with a message of more to come. This was an amazing vision. The music is magical and I will return to this again.
