My name is Chris and today we'll be doing some evening affirmations.
These are designed to help you wind down and come to a place of rest,
Respect for yourself and calm.
So I'll say each affirmation once and you can just repeat each one after me either in your head or out loud.
Sometimes it can help to say them into a mirror as well.
Whatever works for you.
