So hi there and welcome to the session.

My name is Chris and today we're going to be doing some positive morning affirmations.

Now these are designed really to help with your self-esteem,

Help with your positivity and help really get you ready for the day.

So without further ado I'll read each affirmation once and then you can just repeat it after me maybe in your head or maybe out loud.

It helps sometimes to look in a mirror while you're doing it as well,

But it's up to you.

If you'd like me to read the affirmations twice or more or do anything differently,

Please do leave a review on the track.

It's really helpful to get some feedback.

I will take it into account for future tracks and I will will try to respond to it as well so that would be greatly appreciated if you have any feedback.

So let's get into the affirmations.

Here we go.

I am confident.

I am everything I need to be.

I give myself the love I need.

I respect myself and my boundaries.

I respect my instincts and my self-worth.

I know that I am strong.

I know that I am ready.

I know that I am confident.

I do not need outside approval.

I respect my own judgment.

I know my boundaries and I respect them.

I am open to life and to trying new things.

I am grateful for the life I have.

I am grateful for the body I have.

I am grateful for the chances I have.

I love myself as I love others.

I will go in kindness and gratitude today.

I will be kind to others and to myself.

I give thanks for others and for myself.

I am strong.

I am ready.

I am confident.

I will go in peace and light today.
