In Lesson 1, we will help you embrace the spirit of spring and all the new possibilities it brings. To achieve this, we will use various sensory experiences to immerse you in the sights, sounds, and smells of the season. By engaging with the natural world in this way, you can awaken your soul to new desires and possibilities. In addition, we will guide you through a mindful breathing activity that will help you boost your energy while relaxing your mind and body. Finally, we will provide two creative exercises that will allow you to experience the new season in a more meaningful way.

Spring Childhood Memories
In Lesson 2, you will take a trip down memory lane and explore the joyful memories of your childhood. Through a special visualisation, we will guide you back to your early years, to a time when life was simpler and more carefree. By tapping into these memories, you can reconnect with the sense of wonder and curiosity that often comes with youth.
Moreover, we will provide a writing prompt that will enable you to reflect on a particularly joyful moment from your past. This exercise can also help you gain a deeper appreciation of the small joys in life and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the positive experiences you have had.

Connect with your Younger Self
In this lesson, we will guide you through a powerful exercise that will allow you to get in touch with your younger self. This practice can be an amazing tool for personal growth and development, as it can help you gain new insights into your past experiences and better understand the person you are today. We have prepared a bespoke sensory journey with a special visualisation activity which will help you reconnect with your younger self. In this way, you can gain a deeper appreciation for the challenges and triumphs of your past, and foster a greater sense of compassion and empathy for yourself and others.

The Garden of Your Mind
In this lesson, we will explore the symbolic significance of spring and the powerful themes of hope, growth, and transformation that it represents. Through this lesson, you will learn about the spiritual and cultural meanings of the season, and how it can serve as a powerful metaphor for personal growth and transformation. We will begin with a guided imagery exercise that will help you to identify and examine any old beliefs, self-sabotaging thoughts, and actions that may no longer serve you. By bringing these patterns into your awareness, you can begin to release them and create space for new, more empowering thoughts and behaviours to emerge. During this lesson, you will also have the opportunity to plant new seeds of intention and cultivate positive, empowering thoughts that can help you nurture and grow the new you. We will provide writing prompts and reflective exercises to help you explore these themes in more depth, and encourage you to take the time to reflect on your experiences and insights.

Spring in Nature
Spending time in nature has numerous benefits for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It has been shown to reduce stress levels, improve mood, boost creativity, increase energy levels, and even enhance immune function. Therefore, in this lesson, you will learn how you can enjoy spring in the great outdoors. To help you experience the joys of nature, you will take a virtual stroll with the aid of our visualisation "Spring in the Meadow." The guided imagery will take you on a mental journey through a picturesque spring meadow, where you can experience the warm sun on your face, the gentle breeze in your hair, and the beautiful scenery all around you. After the virtual stroll, you will be invited to participate in a grounding activity outdoors which will help you connect with the earth and bring a sense of relaxation and presence.

Wake Up Your Senses
Our perceptions serve as a reliable means to connect ourselves with the environment and offer us a feeling of ease and familiarity. Through deliberate use of our senses, we can heighten our awareness of the present and break free from automatic pilot mode. This lesson is all about waking up your senses. You will be guided to a wide range of exercises which will activate your perceptions, enhance your focus and relax your mind. And finally, you will do a guided chocolate meditation so please bring a piece of your favourite sweet treat.

Spring Peace
In today's world, we often feel pursued by both tangible and intangible dangers. Yet, even amidst external turmoil and difficulties, we can cultivate a sense of inner peace. This tranquillity stems from a connection to our inner self, a sense of direction and significance in life, and the ability to regulate our thoughts, emotions, and actions to support well-being and optimism. This lesson offers two breathing activities that will show you the path to experiencing inner calm. In addition, you will be invited to outline your own calming triggers which can offset any negativity.

Creative Inspiration in Spring
The onset of spring can significantly stimulate creativity. By embracing the vitality and rejuvenation of the season, we can discover fresh sources of inspiration, motivation, and an outlet for our creative endeavours. In this lesson you are going to wake up your dormant creative juices with an empowering meditation, so you’ll need to find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Also, make sure you grab your notepad and pen because Marusya will teach you how to create your very own spring haiku poem.

Spring Rituals
In Lesson 9, we will embark on a comprehensive exploration of spring traditions originating from various parts of the world. Moreover, you will engage in a guided visualisation that will help you experience the fragrance of cherry blossom, all the while relaxing and tapping into your creative potential. Additionally, you will examine the role that affirmations play in cultivating a mindful lifestyle which will help you enhance your capacity to stay focused, motivated, and optimistic, even in the face of challenges.
Lezione 10
Spring into Gratitude
In our final lesson, we will be focusing on the power of frequent practice in thankfulness which has numerous benefits for our mental and emotional well-being. You’ll also explore the importance of keeping a Gratitude Journal and will be presented with a range of ideas to keep an attitude of appreciation. In addition, you will listen to a Gratitude Meditation which will help you nurture positive emotions and develop greater resilience. We’ll round off the course with a final creative activity inspired by one of Marusya’s poems.
