In this lesson, we will learn about how extremely powerful Minis are at counteracting microstressors. We will also discuss the main difference between microstressors and Mini relaxations. The lesson will end with a visualization to motivate us to practice Minis everyday for the rest of our lives.

In this final lesson, we will recap why Mini relaxations are so powerful and how to use them to counteract toxic microstressors. The brain and body work together in a miraculous and complex way. The more we understand our physiology, the more empowered we can be to guide our wellness journey.
