Cosa imparerai
Anyone can make music! In this beginner-friendly course you will learn an easy method to perform peaceful meditation music on your own, using a pentatonic scale. Improvising your own music can be a profound experience in mindfulness and can be used as a form of meditation. It's also a lot of fun! The scale we will be using will simply be the black keys on a piano/keyboard. You may use your voice or another instrument as well, but the course will be based on the piano and explained using the piano as a reference point. You will learn about the pentatonic scale, and basic music theory, and be presented with a beginner's grab bag of tools and techniques to start improvising/playing meditation music today. Day four of this course will be a 35-minute piece of music that you can perform using what you have learned. This is designed to be an all-level course, so you can enjoy it at any level of ability.

I found this reaffirming for improvising- I’d be interested in understanding the LH drone- more than just an octave and a fifth background. Or can it move to other Gb keys? But I did love the course and appreciated the backing tracks!
