I shouldn’t really be taking credit for these meditations. My 7 week old baby has been quite gassy. When researched my husband found a long deep OM could soothe them enough to relax and pass the gas. After my husband had recited Oms a few times I went to my app and found this. It’s incredible how quickly my son relaxes and stays relaxed for some time after. Thank you!! Ps....I guess I relax 10 fold as well. When he is happy I am happy 💙💕. Many thanks!!
