Welcome to this meditation that is about healing one and connected with the world and the universe So for this meditation just laying down wherever you are Laying down so that you're in a comfortable position The spine straight Making sure you're comfortable Making sure you won't be disturbed When you're ready just closing your eyes Relaxing your body taking a deep breath in And sigh out with the out breath Relaxing your body a little bit more Taking a little deep breath in And exhale Letting your shoulders draw.
One last deep breath in And exhale Just breathing normally in and out through your nose And as you're breathing in and out Just notice how you're feeling in this moment Acknowledging any thoughts any feelings that might be there Just noticing them and getting aware of them And setting the intention to receiving the benefit of this meditation To be open to be received I Am going to now imagine the core of the earth This beautiful hot lava at the core of the earth This red lava At the center And I want you to imagine red lights Coming out of a core of the earth This beautiful red light Which is the mother is the mother earth?
Feeling this loving nurturing energy Inside this red light heading out Heading towards you Going through the layers of the earth Heading towards the place you're in Building you in through foundations Into the room you're in And turn your heart from your back this beautiful red light.
That's this loving nurturing energy from the mother from the earth Now I want you to breathe this in as you breathe in you draw it in more You receive this Love this pure love from the mother Opening your heart to it I Want your heart yourself to be nourished by this loving nurturing energy From the mother You keep receiving this beautiful loving energy As you stay connected with this holding your connection With this red light this loving nurturing energy I want you to also Imagine now the galaxy the cosmos The space is out there And this is the father Now I want you to imagine a white light Coming down from the space coming down from the galaxy Just a guidance the love The acknowledgement from the father As you see this white light coming down heads towards the earth The edge towards the earth this white lights It's loving guidance acknowledgement from the father enters The layers of the atmosphere Goes through them all It heads towards the country you're in city you're in It arrives to the building you're in the room you're in It enters your heart It goes down into your heart This white light the love guidance acknowledgement from the father you receive this Breathe this in all the way in into your heart This white light from the father As you breathe it in you notice this White light merges with the red light from the mother this loving nurturing energy merges with the love Loving guidance and acknowledgement from the father in your heart And it makes this beautiful pink color That is pure unconditional love Breathe that in As you breathe in you draw in This white light from the space from the galaxy and the red light from the earth the mother As you draw in the inhale and exhale I want you to spread it all around your body Imagining you're sending out this pink beautiful pure unconditional love Guidance from the father guidance from the father nurturing love from the mother imagining it's going all around your body from your heart into your belly your hips legs feet All your upper body your chest your arms and shoulders your face As you breathe in you're breathing in you're drawing in The love guidance acknowledgement from your father from the sky This white light You also draw in this beautiful red light from the earth from the mother nurturing loving energy As you exhale it goes all around your body Into all of your cells All your organs,
Your seethingness And the next in breath drawing in the earth and the galaxy Asking yourself asking your heart What's my heart's desire?
Deep down in my heart,
What would I love to create?
What would I want for my life?
Really giving yourself permission to see that to feel that in your heart what's deep down in your heart And seeing that fully imagining that And noticing that What's the energy of that?
What's the emotion of that?
Is it joy?
Is it love?
Freedom?
Make that bigger make that vision bigger Breathe that in allowing yourself to feel that to receive that Breathing all that in into being Breathing all that in into being And as you imagine that I want you to extend that out to your loved ones,
People you love,
Your friends,
Family What would you love for them?
What's your vision for them?
Seeing that,
Imagining that,
Breathing that in into being And allowing that to extend,
Extending out to everyone else in the world,
People you don't know,
People,
Your neighbors,
Your friends,
Your family,

Your friends To everyone else in the world,

Your neighbors,
Everyone else in the world What would you love for them?
What would you love for the world?
What would you love to see in the world?
See that,
Feel that And breathe that in all the way in,
Anchoring that into your heart Allowing all of them to merge now what you would love for yourself,
Your loved ones,
Friends,
Family and everyone else in the world,
The whole world,
Merging all of that now making it this one big beautiful energy Breathing that in,
Anchoring that in your heart Anchoring this vision,
This feeling into your heart,
Knowing that always supported,
Always connected,
Always guided And one with everyone,
Even at times you might not feel like that,
That love is always there,
That guidance,
Support,
Love,
Connection,
Breathe that in And know that you can always come back to this space whenever you'd like to,
There's always in your heart,
You can stay in this space as long as you want
