Chakra Healing & Activation Series: Throat Chakra

This Throat Chakra Activation is part of my Chakra Healing & Activation Series, a collection of Reiki infused guided meditations created to gently awaken and balance each of the seven main energy centres in the body.

The throat chakra is your centre of communication, self expression and truth. When it is open you may find it easier to speak honestly, listen deeply and express yourself with clarity and confidence.

This meditation uses visualisation and gentle guidance to help you activate the throat chakra and invite in a sense of openness, authenticity and ease in communication.
