How do you listen to your exhaustion when your creation needs you? Your creative process isn’t there yet? Your business hasn’t picked yet? You’re not seeing fruits? Dear Creatrix, dear Creator, I feel you. In this empowering message I'm taking you on a little journey to reflect on the parts of your creation that need you to let go of, so that they can find its natural blossoming. This practice gifts you with natural background sounds as I'm recording from my eco studio in the green forest of Kenya.

Dear Creator,

Dear Creatrix,

Do you feel exhausted?

Does your nervous system tell you to stop pushing?

Does your body scream from within seemingly punishing you with an inner draining heaviness?

But how do you listen to your exhaustion when your creation needs you,

Your creative process isn't there yet?

Your business hasn't picked yet,

You are not seeing fruits.

Hey,

I feel you,

And I want to thank you for not giving up on your creation,

For still wanting to gift us this world with your vision that's coming to life.

Thank you for your efforts.

I want to tell you,

You are doing everything right.

It's not that you need to give more,

It's not that you need to earn more,

It's not that you need to invest more.

It's about letting go more,

Trusting more,

And about making space for the universe to catch you,

To expand its wings around you and let you rest and receive while it's doing its work.

I know these words might suck.

Why should you lay back more when your creation obviously hasn't reached its blossoming?

I want to take you on a little journey to deepen the experience of letting go.

Imagine you're planning to create a forest.

You are doing all that needs to be done for a forest to grow.

You are buying the seeds,

You are choosing the land.

You are preparing the soil.

You are planting.

You don't leave those seeds alone,

You come and water daily.

You do what you can do to protect it from pests,

Animals,

And human destruction.

You are giving it all the care you have to give.

That's the part you can do.

And the rest,

You are to leave it to nature.

Nature.

You find a growing forest after three to four years and you know that you did your part but there were other parts to be played.

Nature did her part,

The elements did their part,

The timings and rhythms did their part.

You did not pull the tree to grow.

You didn't make the seed to become a plant.

You didn't give the nutrients into the soil the tree needed.

You didn't make the sunshine when your trees needed it.

But you've done your part.

Dear Creator,

Dear Creatrix,

Your creation needs your spark,

Your intention and your care.

And it needs a huge amount of inner permission to let go,

To surrender your creation into the mystical unfolding of the universe,

Of growth,

Of timelines that are out of your control.

This is not to disappoint you or to make you feel you wouldn't have power to make your creation succeed.

You do have the power.

But this is to give you peace.

To give yourself permission to rest and starting to become more open towards receiving.

Receiving the support of the universe.

It's always offering to give.

It's its nature.

Your creation will continue growing and expanding.

Your creation won't die as you rest.

As you lean back and appreciate yourself for what you've done.

It was and it is still yours.

As you breathe,

Your creation breathes with you.

And yet,

There's higher forces providing the air.

I wish for you that you may find the permission to let go.

To trust more.

To receive more.

To exhale and enjoy more.

To control less.

To push less.

To force less.

You can't force a tree to grow faster.

But it will grow.

Eventually.

Naturally.

Thank you for letting go.

My love to you.

Yana.
