Dear human,
Beautiful soul residing in a human body,
Do you feel lonely within the walls that you courageously built around yourself?
Do you know deep within that your soul's and heart's protection is what you gave you all for so long,
A brave move towards finding your way back to yourself again?
And now you feel lonely,
You wonder whether there's a way for you to reconnect with humans,
With community,
With social spaces,
A way that's healthy and safe for you,
A way that doesn't require you to leave yourself,
To expose your fragile core,
But to let connection be a healing and fulfilling experience.
I feel you,
And I wish for you to know that you did so well.
You did everything you could to take care of that wounded self so that it would find the time and space to feel and just be.
You did everything you could to choose peace over another painful self-exposure.
You chose yourself before the fulfilling of any social expectation.
You chose survival before anything else,
And you have your reasons for that.
You gave it your best,
And I honour you for that.
Please honour yourself.
I'd like to share three reminders with you to guide and support you on your journey as you respond to the aching lonely within.
First of all,
Feeling lonely is the voice of your soul reminding you of your human nature.
It's not proof to failure.
It's not proof to nobody loving you.
It's a proof that you are longing to reconnect to a sense of belonging.
That's huge.
You were never meant to be isolated from society,
From community,
From a social net,
But you had to disconnect for some time to reconnect with yourself.
You first had to remember your capability to be that inner parent,
That inner provider and protector that you didn't find in your life when you needed it so much.
Isolation became your sanctuary for a while,
Your place of healing,
Trust and safety.
And now it's time to build on this.
It's time to step out.
Your loneliness is calling you out because it's time.
The next step of your growth and healing is an experience you can only make with the ones who once broke you,
With humans,
With the people.
So you can rewrite your truth.
Your inner loneliness shows you're ready.
Appreciate yourself for how far you've come.
And here's my second reminder for you.
The goal is not to never be hurt again.
If it's going well,
You'll be at some point hurt again.
Because that will show you how much you dared opening yourself again.
How much you dared melting the ice,
The castle that's been making you lonely.
The goal is not to play safe in a way that requires you to stay numb and to not feel.
The goal is not to let that hurting define you anymore.
To remember that you've grown,
To remember how to embrace that pain as a guidance into healing,
Not as a proof to failure.
Pain was never your enemy.
It's a proof that you're alive.
But it becomes so destructive once you identify through it instead of watching it pass through you.
Practice trust.
The more you trust,
The safer you will be.
So how do you make sure next time you don't let disappointment and pain define your worth,
Your possibility and your openness towards showing up again?
The best advice I can give you is this.
Let go of self-images that separate you from humanity.
No one understands me anyways.
I don't fit in here anyways.
No one wants me anyways.
Which is your connect and destructive belief?
These beliefs were necessary so you could trust your castle of isolation that that was your needed protection and healing space.
The mistrust towards your belonging in society was necessary for you to become the person you trusted the most.
But now you want to learn how to trust others again.
So I'm asking you to transform these beliefs.
What if they are people who've only been waiting for you?
What if they love you just the way you are?
What if they see you?
Only the experience of safety and connection can heal you and transform your fear.
A friendship,
A beautiful conversation,
The experience of someone getting inspired by your story.
The community you choose this time will be different because you are different,
You've grown,
You've healed.
Trust will be the best companion for you in these times.
Not knowing,
Not pushing,
Trusting.
Let the world mirror you where you can still heal and let them remind you that you are already whole.
Let them remind you of how beautiful you are as a person,
As a friend,
Someone who's becoming ready to love.
You don't need to prove to anyone.
Your authenticity will carry you through safe and protected.
No walls,
Just truth.
One day at a time.
I wish for you that you find trust in yourself so you can trust humanity again.
Thank you for taking your step back into connection again.
It's brave,
Generous and so inspiring for the world we live in.
If you wish to go deeper into a practice of self-trust and connection with the world,
I recommend to you my intuitive practice called Mistrust Transformed.
Trust yourself and choose life again.
Thank you for listening and I can't wait to see you next time.
All my love to you,
Yana.
