Hello beautiful souls.
Today we are going to activate our divine love within us by connecting to the divine love of Mother Earth and Father Sky.
So take a few seconds,
Get yourself comfortable in whatever position is the most relaxed and the most comfortable for you.
Once you are in that position,
I want you to start to breathe into your heart center.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe into your heart center,
Activating your heart center,
Pulling all the energy into your heart center,
Releasing all the stagnant energy out on your breath,
Bringing in all the positive,
Active energy into your heart center,
Breathing out all the stale and stagnant energy.
Continue to do this a few more times,
Really activating your heart,
Bringing all that energy into your heart center.
Relax and breathe normal,
Allowing the ebb and flow of your breath to begin to relax with you,
As you begin to relax deeper and deeper.
I want you to imagine yourself inside your heart center,
A small version of you inside your heart and inside your heart center.
You notice this big beautiful cave and you walk into the cave and you enter into your beautiful space,
Your happy space,
The space that fills you up with love,
Joy and happiness.
And take a look around,
Basking in that joy and happiness,
Seeing all the beautiful sights,
Feeling all the beautiful energy around,
Hearing all the wonderful sounds in your beautiful space that's filled with love,
Happiness and joy,
Taking all the great smells in.
I want you to find a spot for you to sit down on wonderful Mother Earth.
Imagine yourself sitting there with your hands over your heart center.
And in that heart center,
I want you to feel all the wonderful love,
All the joy,
All the happiness that you are feeling at this moment in your heart center.
Feel amazing happiness,
Celebrate this moment,
Your moment.
And in your heart center,
I want you to imagine this sphere and I want you to fill that sphere up with all your love,
All that love that you're feeling right here,
Right now and fill it up until it's bursting at the seams with all your love.
As soon as it's filled up,
I want you to imagine it moving from your heart center all the way down your spine,
Out your feet into the earth through all the beautiful layers of Mother Earth,
Making its way all the way to her fiery core,
Her heartbeat,
Her love.
And imagine this sphere going to the center of that core,
Releasing all your love,
Feeling your love and Mother Earth love working as one.
And I want you to feel fill that sphere back up with all Mother's Earth love,
All her support,
Her nurturing,
Her caring,
All that divine beautiful love that she shines upon you.
Fill it up until it's bursting at the seams and once it's completely filled up with all her beautiful love for you,
Her child,
I want you to send that sphere back up through her core,
Through all her layers,
Making its way to the surface,
Back up through your feet,
Moving up your spine into your heart center and releasing into your heart center.
Within your heart center,
You feel her love mixing with you.
You feel it dancing around celebrating this union of love between the two of you.
And again,
I want you to feel that sphere with all your love,
Just your love,
Your happiness,
Your joy,
Your beauty.
Fill it up until it's bursting at the seams.
And once it's filled up and bursting at the seams,
I want you to send it up your spine through your neck,
Through your face and your head,
Out the top of your crown,
All the way up to the beautiful Father Sky,
All the way up until it reaches the sun,
Moving through the layers of the sun to the core of the sun,
The heartbeat of Father Sky.
And I want you to release your sphere so all your love is being shared with the great Father,
Reconnecting that love,
Feeling all that joy,
All that sunshine,
All that light.
And then fill that sphere up with Father Sky's love,
Father Sky's light,
His joy,
His happiness for you,
His child.
And once that sphere is bursting with his love,
Completely filled and flowing outward,
I want you to send that sphere back down into your crown,
Through your head,
Through your jaw,
Down through your neck,
On your spine until it connects to your heart,
Releasing his love into your heart center,
Feeling the great Father love mixing with your love and the great Mother,
Reconnecting that divine pure love,
That unconditional love of the beautiful Mother and the Father and the child,
United once again within your heart space.
Just be in that moment right here,
Right now,
And feeling all the beautiful feelings you are feeling.
Allow the tears of joy to flow with happiness.
Allow the joy to radiate out.
Just feel that pure divine unconditional love in your heart center.
God love you.
And now that you've taken a few moments to allow that love to integrate within your heart center,
And feel that divine unconditional love within you,
Within your heart center as it mixed with the great mother and the great father.
I'd like you to put your hand over your heart center and just feel it radiating from your heart center,
Anchoring that love in to your heart center,
Feeling all the feelings of joy and happiness,
Gratitude for reconnecting to that love,
Feel that pure love shining through.
Allow that love to radiate outward from your heart center to every part of your being,
Every part of your physical and energetic body just radiating with that pure love.
Knowing that anytime you put your hand on your heart center,
You can reconnect yourself with that pure divine love and allow that love to radiate throughout your whole being.
You are love.
You are loved.
You are lovable.
You're a loving being of love and light.
Whenever you are ready,
Breathe into your heart center,
Opening your eyes,
Coming back into the space filled with love,
Happiness,
Joy,
Peace and gratitude.
